I really enjoy doing business with this office! I switched over to Allstate about 6 months ago and it has been a breath of fresh air. Best prices for the coverage-hands down. I have been with farmers, geico, state farm, farm bureau, and progressive in the past; Jay Hansen Allstate makes these guys look bad. From the pricing to the kind office help they have it in the bag. Cant say enough good things-When I switched over they saved me $40 a month AND I got double the coverage on liability plus a $250 deductible coming from $500.

I love these people. I work in the car business and always have to call agencies for different reasons. Some are decent, some are good but a few are just exceptional. Jay and Tammy are absolutely the best agents I have ever had. They are always very attentive to everything I need, easy to get in contact with and have been saving me a ton of money on my cars and house.

They charge me the highest rate for liability coverage. I have been with this agency for 8 years and am going to cancel. I have not had any accidents and only 1 speeding ticket in the last 5 years. The rate actually went up another 20 dollars when I turned 25.

Horrible service! Never, ever go to this person for anything. Rude, rude and more rudeness! I feel sorry for the nice women that work for this jerk. So glad I left and went with STATEFARM! Much nicer people to deal with!

He ripped me off for 1 1/2 years, charged me the highest rate with the lowest possible coverage.

Very unsatified. They sent me to a collection agency over $48 and it was their mistake! In the end I had to have my insurance company contract them to fix the situation. Don’t risk it!
