To me State Farm has always been a good insurance company. when we moved I switched agents to Travis, and he reviewed all my policies and even helped me save money, that I wasnt saving on with my other agent. There was no drop in coverage, and he took the time to explain all the coverage that we had. and the ways we could save. I also ended up refinancing my home through State Farm and saved even more, thanks to Travis.

I began with this agency 2 years ago and as of since have had several issues with them. Travis has personally no showed an appointment he made with me without a phone call prior or phone call after to explain or apologize. Furthermore, his office has blatantly disregarded several of my phone calls. Over the last month Ive called over six times about making changes to my policy and recieved one call back, and they hadnt even looked into resolving my issue. State farm is a good company but its a shame its represented by an office such as this. Avoid the hassle and frustration, and find a more experienced agent, someone who will care about your business.
