I am very discouraged with State farm thinking they have the right to demand mask when by law they are Not!!! Lots of law suits going on for this discrimination!!! I think I may have to join that train!!!! I will be looking elsewhere for my insurance with a company that I know works according to law!!! Just so money hungry they would rather say they have to make people wear mask instead of standing up for customer rights!!! I had really disturbing experiences with this office. I wrote a personal letter to Mr Blessing outlining what happened, and received no response at all. I will not ever use State Farm again, and I will advise all my friends to avoud them as well. I have known Brant for many years, and I expected better from him and his staff.

Looked for a quote online, found better rate through a competitor. This office will not stop calling my phone. This is becoming harassment, needs to stop.

Had a meeting with the insurance agent Rachel Sommers this afternoon to go over my policies. Not only did I find out that I was underinsured, but the polices offered at State Farm were actually cheaper than I was paying with Geico. With my savings, I got a life insurance plan that fits the needs of my family. If you want to save money, and get the RIGHT amount of insurance, stop in at Brant Blessings office on CR54 and ask for Rachel!

Very bad service, communication. Quoted an amount for two cars for 6 months; paid in full. Then, they didn’t do their paperwork on time. Then emailed me to pay almost $200 or will loose the policy. They agreed that, it’s their error but couldn’t do anything. Rude and ignored me completely

I am so disgusted with whatever is going in with this office. No one seems to know what they are doing. You make one change on your policy and everything is a mess. And Every time that happens it cost YOU MORE MONEY. I had one car with myself and my daughter insured. Then I buy 2 cars and some how they drop my daughter and charge me a bunch more money for just me. Makes no sense right? Then they call me almost 2 months later and say they dont know how my daughter got dropped but now they will add her and charge me a LOT MORE. I dont get it when I had many conversations with their rep while transferring the cars. Why the hell would I buy 2 new cars just for me to drive when my daughter has been on my policy for years now. And now the girl I dealt with is on maternity leave and... Theres a problem..who do we think should pay for this..the agent. If they misquote a 7 year customer then they should pay for it..that would stop this sloppiness. Very upset and unhappy right now with them.
