Fantastic service! Late night on a Saturday and our car died in the middle of nowhere! Manny was super and made what had been frustrating up to that point easy and almost funny! I so appreciate their attention and professionalism at a time when I was so upset! I have talked up the towing service I experienced ever since! Thank you so much!!

The first time i used this service, i needed to replace my door handle and it was perfect! For the second time i needed to replace three different parts to my rear bumper on my car, and i am so happy with the repairs, they even detailed my car:) it’s pricey and i barely had enough money to fix it, but i am pretty sure a portion of the pricing goes to labor, i hope so at least they were wonderful :-)

Used Carstar at Alexander Auto. Wasnt impressed with service. I expected to have my vehicle back the next day, was never informed it was going to take a week! I had requested that I be called the day before dropping off my vehicle if they did not have the parts needed. Did not receive a call and when I called the day after dropping off my vehicle I was informed that they did not have the parts!! I was upset. I would not have left the vehicle had I known they did not have the parts. In addition, they were supposed to have my oil changed when the body work was done, they called me to tell me my vehicle was ready, but when I asked if the oil had been changed, they said no. So. I had to wait even longer! Lack of service really seems to be a problem with Alexander Automotive!!

I could not be happier with the service I received!! Mike is a great gentleman and he really went above and beyond expectations!! He arrived earlier despite me letting him know that Im really in no hurry and to not worry about the time. He still proceeded to be there in record time!! I see that this was DEFINITELY the best tow (if there really IS positive issue for a tow, it was the pleasure of meeting Mike! I cant thank him enough for his time and assistance with towing my hoopdee Honda 😁🥰😉

Thank you so much Troy for coming to my rescue! I was stuck in some pretty high sand in a really bad area outside a truck stop a few miles down the road. I had no idea where I was at due to the fact that I was traveling. I was out there for two days stuck in a car alone until a couple of local gentlemen came and helped me! They called Troy from Alexander Towing and he was out there to rescue me in no time. Troy I enjoyed those few very precious minutes getting to know you while you helped me get on stuck. The best service. I use towing companies often. Today I decided to try somewhere else. Well... Heres what happened. They Charged me lower than the competition, they got to me pretty fast considering I was 70 miles away from Yuma, I was annoyed and tired about my car and Manny was Hands-down the best friendliest guy Ive met. Hes got some jokes too haha!If I could rate 10 stars for you guys I would. Manny and Mike were the best at getting me home in time!Thank you!!

Mike at Alexander Towing saved the day!!! The first thing that you think of when you are stranded in the middle of nowhere when your vehicle breaks down is a good towing company to rescue you. Well I can without a doubt say Alexander Towing is the way to go! Mike was earlier than Roadside Assistance had planned on for his ETA, was very professional, and worked diligently even in the 104 degree weather this afternoon. He even offered to let my sister and I sit in the cabin of his truck (with the air on full blast) to get out of the heat, while he loaded the car and provided us with cold water bottles from his own stash...very generous! Because of the current COVID-19 situation, we were told that our towing provider would not be able to do a ride-a-long, but Mike offered to give us ladies a ride home anyways due to our situation. Thanks again Mike you were amazing!!! Have a blessed day & stay healthy!

They were amazing! The driver Jody was very professional and polite and friendly! Showed up in like 10 minutes after me and my 3 year old were stood up for 4 hours by Accurate towing that was sent by AAA. Jody was a lifesaver the best customer service Ive had in Yuma.

Today on my way home I stopped to help a stranger whose car wheel had just broken almost completely off due to a busted ball bearing. Another Yuman and I called several tow companies on behalf of the stranded stranger but to our dismay they were either closed or could not come right away due to other distress calls. Finally the gentleman received a callback from a tow company through the recommendation of a friend. The tow truck driver wanted to charge him a “discounted” price of $100 in order to take the car less than 3 miles down the street. The three of us realized that we could not push the car off to the side of the road nor could we afford to even pool our money together in order to pay this driver. Feeling a bit desperate we called Alexander Towing. Troy said that he would be able to send a driver within 15 minutes and quoted a price that was much more reasonable than the first tow truck —but still more than we could afford. Mr. Troy stuck to his price and I told him that we would continue to wait to see if we could find help another way. No one else stopped to help us so I called Alexander Towing a second time. I explained the situation to him. The driver was a hard-working senior member of our community. He would be spending all of his food (and gas) money on this service. I told him the amount that the gentleman could afford. Troy said that he would send his driver and we would see what could be worked out once he arrived. In about five minutes a young man by the name of James arrived with the tow truck. I told him what Troy said to me and he said that he would call to confirm. He told us that he was able to receive what the driver had and that the balance could be paid off at a different time. I gave James my business card and told him that I would take care of the rest of the bill. After that he was able to carefully and methodically remove the wheel and get the disabled vehicle onto the tow truck without scratching the ground or the tow truck platform. While he worked passersby gave us mean looks for being in the middle of traffic and one driver yelled a rude comment to James. He did not stop working to respond. I was very impressed with his kind demeanor and his professional attitude despite his youth.As I drove away from the scene I called Alexander Towing back to thank Troy for sending a driver so quickly and to tell him that James was very kind and polite. I asked about taking care of the balance and he decided to waive it. I was shocked and grateful. What lingers in my mind most was his last comment that if he were driving down that street and saw the man who needed help, he would have stopped and we wouldn’t have needed to call a tow truck. This meant a lot to me after having stood for an hour in the street while many men and women in our community passed us by and either showed no concern or were angry at the inconvenience of having to drive their cars around us. Thank you Troy and James. I pray that you are able to serve other members of our community with the same kindness, skill, and professionalism . Thank you for not taking advantage of us in our distress.

I just called and spoke with a guy named Troy. I asked him some questions about weekend towing and questioned why they are not open today despite what their website states. He became frustrated quickly because he was unable to provide answers and began to yell at me. He was highly unprofessional and his customer service skills are nonexistent. He ended up hanging up on me! I understand I am dealing with a towing company, but customer service skills can be learned by anyone. I will never do any type of business with this entire company. I contacted the manager, Everette Dawson, and will update if he returns my call as requested.
