Coach Lindsy is an amazing coach who puts your health and fitness first! From those who just want to get healthier and more fit to those who are training for sports performance, they have it all here! Lindsy goes through each step to make sure you’re getting the concept of Olympic lifting! My suggestion, don’t be scared. She won’t just throw you in there, it’s step by step. My lifts have gone up so much! I never thought I would front squat 308 from my previous PR at 264. My back squat went from 335 to 364 within 2-3 months. Im a dancer and I wanted to try something different, so I started coming here! I was so nervous the first day I tried it because I had no idea what to expect. Everyone was so welcoming and kind to me, so after that I was perfectly fine. I’ve been going to Evolution for a couple months and I feel great, I love it here! No other gym in Yuma compares to this one, we’re a family.

Evolution is providing a spot where safety comes first. They meet you where you are and Coach Lindsy is with you the entire time. Another thing to mention is the environment in this gym! Its motivational and everyone attending is awesome. It truly does feel like a little evolving family. No drama. No Ego. No clicks. Highly recommend!

I love Evo because the environment is so fun and welcoming. Coaches Lindsey and Carlos really care about the athletes and its always a good and challenging time to get a work out in with them.The facility is beautiful and always clean and they have state of the art equipment you need to get you gains on and cardio if you want 🚴🏽🏋🏾‍♂️
