Walked in at 5:26pm with my son. 2 stylists sitting on their duffs...no customers in the store. Wouldnt take us because they close at 6pm. Ummmn....2 stylists, 2 clients, 34 minutes. I guess the economy is too good to need to work.

I am SUPER picky about how I want my hair cut, Eva was the absolute best ❤️ She made my confidence go from a 1 to 1000. She chatted with me and was overall just super freaking amazing. She cut my bangs ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, and my bangs usually get messed up on (not from y’all just past experience) I am so freaking happy with how my hair turned out. Please give that girl a freaking raise, she deserves it

I went there today to get a cut cause my hair was getting wild, it was pretty empty (most likely due to the pandemic) and one deaf lady cut my hair. i forget her name, but even though i knew little sign language and she couldn’t read my lips because of the mask she still was able to communicate and ask questions. on top of the clean and friendly establishment, the cut itself was better than i expected. sure it was a little pricey, at least for me seeing as how i can only usually afford cheaper cuts, but she did very well and i’m happy to say i got my haircut there. if you have a little bit extra money to get a haircut the i recommend this place. i will go back if i have the opportunity.

Liz did an amazing job on my hair. Im very picky and dont trust just anyone. My best friend recommended her to me and Im so glad I went to see Liz. She surpassed my expectations! I highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back to her.

As soon as they strapped me to the chair, my barber put a blindfold on, and then I realized all the barbers were wearing one, right as she began shaving various parts of my head. Im giving it three stars because it could have been much worse. Like I dont think the guy getting the beard trim is gonna make it to the hospital in time.

Went to Master Cuts for a hair cut as new customer. Gabby did my cut and I have been back and will continue to go back. She did a great job and only wanted to please. Also very accommodating. She came in one hour earlier than her schedule called for to work with my schedule.

Good hair cut but not exactly what I told the girl to do (she never even told me her name, hardly said a word to me, and looked like she didnt even want to be there), dont have any problems with any of the other stylists. She made it seem like she just didnt care what I wanted she was going to cut my hair a lot shorter. So by time she was done trimming my long angle bob, my hair was a lot shorter than what I wanted when I told her that I wanted to keep as much length in the front as possible. She was dead set in just chopping my hair as short as she could, I was lucky to get away with only taking off 3-4 inches in front making it just below my collar bone when I only wanted about an inch off the front. She wanted it to all be the same length as the back which is right above my shoulders. So ended up with a short angle bob instead of the long angle bob that I told her to do.

Had my hair cut and beard trimmed today by Gaby and she did a great job.

Aurora is great. Her staff is courteous and really gives you the 5 star treatment.

The hairdresser was gentle and caring about what I wanted. She gave suggestions but mostly was interested in my input. A sweet person and I will definitely continue to go there.

Call and book a girl named Jess with the blue hair, (they will know who), she is just amazing! She gets exactly what you mean, or if you like a bit of a crazy hairstyle she is also your girl. She does a great pixi cut, and one time did a spider web design when i had a side shaved. Clean and professional place.

I just moved to Yuma and Im still looking for a place to get a nice, simple haircut. I walked into MasterCuts at 5pm on a Friday, place completely empty... The lady comes out and says she has an appointment in 15 minutes and that her other girl went on a break and will be back in 45 minutes (????). Im a simple guy, my haircut takes 5 min, if that, but the lady suggested I go shopping and then come back... Yeahhhhhh, wont be going there again...

I called the day prior to make an appointment with a specific stylist and when I arrived I was informed that it would be at least a 45 minute wait as she had added someone before me and needed more time. I help run a dental practice, if the doctors are running late because a patient or child has had an emergency, we call and give them options, reschedule, whatever. Such in consideration, I think Ill try somewhere else.

I booked my appointment online, I was there in plenty of time. When I went in to check in, they told me that someone else had taken the appointment. They had a regular customer that had rebooked. And that they wouldn’t be able to cut my hair until later. Considering I live in the foothills that was quite a ways to drive for a later appointment. Not happy with my experience, probably will never go back.

When I arrived, I was told there was a 25-30 minute wait time. I decided to walk around and do some shopping for about 30 minutes. I came back and still ended up waiting another 30 minutes. The stylist seemed as if she was skeptical about cutting my grade of hair and kept finding other tasks to do as to avoid having to cut my hair. She ended up cutting it anyway. The cut was actually pretty decent, not sure why she was so nervous. The wait time sucked though. Definitely make an appointment if you plan on going here.

Me and my kids get our haircut here. I am very picky as far as who touches my hair. I dont let anybody just cut my hair because not everyone knows how too. However, at MasterCuts, they are professional and are used to all kind of hairs. If you ever do go call before hand so you can make an appointment and ask for Gaby. She is the one you want cutting your hair.

Workers are friendly and I like their service.

Unorganized and unorderly. I was told 10 - 15 mins and others are taken ahead of me...I just left when I saw people standing around
