Staff was rude. I did not have a req number (employer did not provide one). LabCorp techs rudely told me to leave. I called employer and got one, then a different tech took me back and proceeded to make fun of my last name (I do not have an unusual last name, and even if I did, this is totally unprofessional). I asked if he needed the req # and he said No, I have a different system than the other tech, so I dont need it...glad I wasted 20 minutes getting it. My insurance & employer cover the test, but the tech told me they would need my cc on file just in case they didnt cover it. I asked if it would be charged, he handed me a piece of paper and said if you can read, then read this. I said, I just have a question- will you auto bill my account? The tech responded again, if you can read, just read this. Someone needs to train this staff on A) dealing with clients professionally B) operating their system C) explaining insurance and benefits D) interacting with other human beings in generalIf you can help it, DO NOT go to this location!
Nice staff, very convenient. I would definitely recommend this service.
My 9 yo had to have bloodwork and is terrified of needles. The phlebotomist she had was absolutely amazing. She put my daughter at ease, explained every step, and easily found a vein. We were in and out very quickly, but we were not rushed at all. I would highly recommend Labcorp at Walgreens, especially the lady who took care of my daughter. I wish I had gotten her name!
My 11yo had to have blood work done and our insurance required LabCorp or Quest. We drove 45mins to this location, and Im so glad we did. Check-in was fast. Wait time was short. The tech/phlebotomist was kind, gentle, and very good. Great experience and we will definitely be back, should we find ourselves in need again. 👍👍
Horrible, horrible customer service. Poor staff to patient ratio. Never again!
