I had an appointment made to install a new locking system for a building I lease. The owner came out and gave quote, only to no-show on date of scheduled appointment for install. I waited THREE WEEKS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT!! Called, and they never even had us on work order for day. Within hours, the owner called and said they won’t be doing the job. If I had known that, I would’ve hired someone else! This appointment was a determining factor in the day I opened my business! Now I have to find someone else and wait longer, putting me behind. Lack of professionalism, waste of my time, and detrimental to MY finances. I guarantee they wouldn’t like losing income if they got jipped on a job they depended on.

Talked to the Owner Barry three weeks ago who came out gave me an estimate and said work would be done by Zak -- said i could pay for lock and services at time of install. They never showed. Very upset as we are opening up and have tight scheduling of work for our Air BnB and after waiting 30 minutes , I called -- Not even on their schedule according to receptionist, so she schedule us next week same time. Then Owner leaves message that they will not be doing the job. I would never let these people work on my home what kind of professional does this ? If I did something like this i would be their ASAP when I could. Very Disappointing experience. Not worth your time unless you want to waste your time !! Dr. Tom

The person who answered the phone was very nice. She was able to arrange for a service call the same day to come work on our electronic lock. The service tech was nice and knowledgeable. I would have no problem recommending this locksmith to anyone!

Awesome people and very helpful

Had two keys cut here and neither of them worked. Took them back to get them replaced but the person behind the counter wasnt interested in doing so and just issued me a refund. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere!
