If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was really shocked at how rude and unprofessional the staff was. I explained when I placed our request for a courier that this was urgent and was told that a messenger would be here soon. We are in Westchester County so it shouldnt take three hours to get here, which it did. They kept blaming it on the weather (by the way the blizzard was yesterday) We had several deliveries made that were placed after this request that had no problem getting here. My feeling is that they were not honest about whether or not they could honor our time constraint and instead of being honest they kept lying about it. I called for an update twice because I kept being told that the messenger would be here in a few minutes but the hours kept on passing. I was asked, with a nasty attitude, how many times was I going to call. Really? This was important and they werent being up front about the time frame. And when I call to ask, this is the answer I get? Never again. And if you are looking for a fast, reliable service, stay far away from this one. Far Away...

I am leaving this review as I sit in the court house waiting to go in. 3 weeks ago I requested service from action subpoena to serve someone, from the beginning I was having trouble getting status of my case, I kept calling and I really wasn’t getting any response other than the server has not gotten back to them, Sever is on the road and can’t talk, server would call them at night with status. Three days later I finally got status. I was told server had an emergency which is understandable but waiting three whole days to me is not acceptable. I was told that same day an affidavit was going to me mailed out, NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING. A week later I received an EMAIL with a copy of the affidavit. I was still told the hard copy was in the mail... so here I am, three weeks later and I never received anything via mail ( which I was told twice it had been mailed out) the only reason they’re getting two stars is because Gil was always very polite. BUT that doesn’t make up for the lying and how unorganized this company is. Definitely won’t ever be using them again.

Super happy with the services I recieved, the owner was more then accomadating to me having to serve someone in such a little amount of time. They kept in contact with me and updated me. Would use them again and recomend them to anyone needing these services.
