We enlisted the services of Progressive Computing in March of 2020, after we were dissatisfied with our previous IT company. From the first call to Jess Hachigan, to meeting with Jess and Ugo, we knew we were in good hands. We figured onboarding would be tricky due to the pandemic but Rick, Scott and specifically Sam made the process so easy. Their ticket system when technical support is needed is awesome and gets things handled promptly (no major issues, just credit card compliance and getting our cameras to work via a 3rd party app). It is obvious that the workplace culture is extremely positive and everyone is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. I would highly recommend to anyone whether their business is small or large.

I began working with my company in February 2020 and right away I had many reasons to work closely with PCI. I had have them setup my laptop, the hard drive of my laptop crashed, we were changing servers, updates with office 365 were taking place, etc. Anything I had questions about, they answered them as quick as they could and very professionally. The Help Desk staff are patient and very knowledgeable.We are a not-for-profit agency and Progressive always gets us the best deals on equipment and software.We view our relationship with Progressive Computing as a partnership. They believe in who we and what we do and we know we can rely on them to keep our agency up to date and running smoothly.
