I spoke with Matt on the phone and he took the job to serve Summons and Complaint. After emailing the above mentioned documents Matt confirmed that he has received them. After almost 4 weeks of no calls of emails or mail from Matt, we tried to contact him by calling him, leaving VM, emailing him at no avail. One time he responded to my email saying he will find out if my papers were served. Then he disappeared. No information regarding our papers, nothing. Ive never seen such irresponsible and unreliable process server.

My papers were served to the respondent less than 45 minutes after initial contact with Yakima Process Servers. Hopefully I will never need this type of service again, but if I do, I will definitely be using Yakima Process Servers! Thank you so much for the peace of mind!

I highly recommend Yakima Process Servers. We were having a tough time tracking down an individual to serve and had hired a private investigator who was unable to locate the person. Cost is good and service is great. Gave the server a picture of the people to be served from internet. Even when they denied to be who they were, they were served. Very efficient for service.

Yakima Process Servers completely met then exceeded my expectations. Our case was a nightmare. Matt had to go into the jail and then hunt down an address to get our paperwork served. I spent months work with YPS and I always felt like my business was very important to him. There were a couple of times I had some family issues and Matt bent over backwards to make sure my business was taken care of. Sent a process serve to YPS last week, and though the address was not good for the defendant, Matthew went above and beyond to serve the defendants father and leave a card. The defendant called a few days later and we were able to serve in another city. He also included skip tracing, gratis.
