Extremely poor and unethical customer service.I ordered a brake master cylinder for my truck. Kind of an important thing to have working. Anyways, I ordered it in 06/19/20 and it should have arrived 06/25/20. It of course did not arrive on time so I called and I called to get an update. Ended up dealing the the manager Michael who seemed decent at first but as time went on I learned that he has very poor customer service and is also dishonest in his professional work environment. The first time I called I was told hed get back to me within one hour with an update. He didnt. I called back a few times and was able to get ahold of him about 3 hours after he was supposed to contact me. He then proceeded to tell me that he was working with the manufacturer and would get back to me that day.A few more days go by and I reach out via email and no response. I was finally able to get a hold of him today and after putting me on hold for over 20 minutes came back to inform me that the item would not be available for shipping until sometime in October or November. He then issued me a refund via eBay and stated Im the cancelation reason that He had canceled the order at my request. This wouldnt usually be a big deal except for that the only reason I have not been able to use my truck for work is my master brake cylinder not working, my place of work has been getting a little skeptical that I havent been able to fix my truck in so long. I then reached back out to Michael same day ( 07/15/20) and requested that he put the honest real reason in the cancellation and he decided to argue that I had requested the cancellation and that by him saying they didnt have it would hurt their eBay reputation. I even told him I needed the truth on there so I wouldnt get in trouble at work and he still insisted that I in one way or another technically canceled the order. All in all I would not recommend doing business with these people and hopefully the owners get a look at this so they can give Michael the proper training he needs to be in his position of a manager. Been almost a month just to find out I can get my part
