Other car washes are way better n cost less!!Damaged my car during automatic wash...First time that has ever happened...Do not recommend!!!

I like the convenience of this car wash. Just pick which wash quality and price you want to pay, drive up, play loud music, sit there and sing a song at the top of your head, then drive off. I wish it was that easy to VACUUM the car out. Ha! Ha!

Machine charged my card but didnt start the wash. There is no contact information anywhere around the building. I wonder how many people will be scammed before the owner finally decides to pay attention to his business...

Great car wash

The automated car wash malfunctioned and rammed the rear of my car, denting the trunk lid. Of course, no employees were on site. When I called to report it, no one answered the phone....not even an answering machine!!!Called the phone number to the main Classic Car Wash on East Nob Hill Blvd. The employee there offered to refund my money or give me a free wash!....really? I told him that I wanted the dent fixed. He said that he would have the owner call me. Waited all day. No phone call!I wouldnt use this car wash unless you want your car dented!!!!

Had an insurance claim on there property that needed video evidence. Been two weeks as of yesterday. No contact. They might as well take that phone number off the door. They dont use it. Horrible! Boycott! I would suggest you to go to splash car wash buy Costco on union gap. Work goes through them and they have a guarantee if you dont like the wash, they will wash it again. I wouldnt support this company.

It wont ever take card or cash for me. I used to come here but the machines have not been working for a long time

In the last 2 weeks Ive tried 3 times to get the change machine to accept my money and nothing. now the other day the change machine worked but the coin slot took my quarter and jammed wouldnt go down just sat there. dont waste your time the whole thing is a joke!!!!!!

Dont waste your time or money. I pre washed my car in the manual stall then had it washed in the auto stall , still spots of dirt everywhere. Thievery !

Ate my money and can not get in touch with anyone to be reimbursed. Message on the door says call this number with questions or concerns, leave a message. When you call the number it rings and then says this person has not set up there voice mail. If your to lazy to be responsible for your business you should probably give it up.

This car wash is a joke.. went tru the drive tru in the beginning it didnt return my change wich was 10 bucks. Second when already in there, didnt rinse the dirt off straight went and used the brushes. On my black escalade. When finished i got off truck exactly how i always do everytime to check for how the wash did, or damages. And there it was deep scratches with swirl marks everywhere!! Tried contacting them and nothing. They need to take that car wash out of here with so many people complaining.

After i payed i tried to pull forward and nothing happend. Tried many times and did nothing. I am expecting a refund.
