Prior to moving over to State Farm Insurance, I had been with Progressive for many years. Progressive covered my vehicle and home with what I thought was the best coverage I could find. Turns out, it was not the most I could be getting for the money I was paying. Juan Torres convinced me to switch to State Farm after presenting me with a quote that I could not turn down. Juan Torres was patient with all my requests, numerous questions, and constant need for clarification. He was extremely professional, validating, and knowledgeable.Aside from being sold by the money I would be saving, I ultimately made the decision to leave Progressive because of the sense of comfort I felt when interacting with the professionals at this State Farm office. I was treated with respect and as a PERSON instead of a number. I am sure there are incentives with all sales received, but I did not mind being another sale due to the personable approach Juan Torres took with me. He even convinced me to insure my LIFE! I can now rest comfortably knowing my vehicle, house, and life are and will be taken care of.Thank you for the great service!

I so impressed with this office , always friendly and professional. The prices are by far the most compatible and when you get the best customer service , it’s like icing on the cake . I called the other to make some changes on my auto insurance and Jared helped me , I was surprised at how quickly he had my policy up on the screen and Reading my changes back to me . Being was a producer myself for several years , top customer service was my #1 priority and this is exactly what I get from this office ! Would definitely recommend State Farm, I spoke to Rick Mendiola, very friendly he went over my policy with me and explained everything perfectly, made sure I had no questions or doubts. I was in an accident on 9/23 I got hit by a driver and the insurance I had was not very helpful and had told me I had full coverage so I was under the impression I had tow/rental/PIP and that was not the case. State Farm offers all of that for a great price! I’m very happy and excited to be a new customer.

I cannot begin to describe how satisfied I am with my new insurance policy with State Farm. Outstanding.I also switched my home owners insurance over to State Farm. Once again, they were able to provide me a far superior package for the same price I had been paying.They took the time to set down with me and explain all the little details about my previous policy, as well as my new State Farm account. They made sure every single question my wife and I had was answered, and explained things in a very easy to understand manner.My only complaint is that I cannot give this review more than five stars. I have been a State Farm customer for years. We started a business and had to change insurance companies do to them not handling business insurance.We have closed the business and had not thought about insurance until I stopped to get coffee and Rick was there. That is how I met Rick what a nice man!
