Jodi arrived on time and his customer service (the most important part of a service call) was above and beyond what I expected from Yakima Appliance.He discovered the problem with our dryer almost immediately, checked a couple other “possibilities”, and diagnosed our appliance issue with professionalism.The replacement part has to be ordered but I’m confident we will be up and running again soon.Thank You, Jodi and Yakima Appliance!

I am very frustrated. They are very friendly and are trying to repair our new freezer. Theyve been here 3 times and its not repared yet. Todays visit will be the 4th visit and 2nd part. Im hoping this is it!

Waited 2 months for a part for our washing machine, finally called manufacturer ourselves and got the part in less than a week. Had to call them to find out that it was in. Was told that it would be an afternoon appointment and that Id get a call...no call...I call them and they said itll be 10:30. I told him that I was told it would be afternoon and that I am at work. He wouldnt budge or try to help at all

First of all I live approx. 40 miles from Yakima. Today Saturday Jodi, service technician from Yakima Appliance arrived to service my Samsung refer. It was leaking water onto our hardwood floors. He was very professional and through. He even found an error the factory made when they assembled my unit. He fixed the problem and was very neat and cleaned up after his work. I would highly recommend this company and Jodi for all my appliance repair and service.

I had a problem with my 3 year old fridge. Called the manufacturer and they set me up w YVA. It was right before Christmas, I left a message with what was going on, Jody called me back and patiently walked me through a few things that could be wrong. He knew exactly what the problem was, told me how to fix it and saved me hundreds of dollars. Couldnt be happier! I really appreciated his honesty and help.

My dryer was making loud squeaking noise. He knew what it was without even turning it on. Replaced idler pulley, which he already had in his van. The whole fix was only about 20 minutes! Very professional, on time, great experience! Thanks Yakima Appliance

Technicians are not motivated to get the work done quickly. If you need it done fast just do it yourself. YouTube is a much better option

Yakima Appliance Services has now become this households repair service provider. The prompt, timely, courteous customer service was outstanding! Experiencing a major loss of power to our washer was critical since we were on a 12 mission trip out of the country. Yakima Appliance was able to get here on Monday after the Friday call &was able to fix the machine cost effectively. My thanks and praise to our technician Cal. He was willing to do what it took to fix the problem today!I will recommend the company to anyone who wants to feel secure in the honesty & accountability for appliance repairs!And now to a wonderful day of washing! Praise God! :)

The work got done but the service tech needs to work on his customer service skills. He showed up a bit after the end of the time window that was given and we were told our time slot was from 12-5 and when we asked for that for the install he told us he won’t work past 3 so we needed to choose a different time slot. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I just felt miffed by his attitude granted I’m sure the work he does can suck, I was a new customer and the experience left a poor taste.

Havent had a refrigerator for some time. Under warranty, Whirlpool selected this company. First, the part was on backorder. It finally came in and we had an appointment today between 8 am and 9 am. It is now 11 am and no repairman, no phone call, no contact at all. Left several messages at the company phone number. No answer or response. This is a vacation home, so its a 5 hour round trip drive to be here. Very disappointing. I will wait and will update the post if they ever show up.

I would appreciate it if someone could give us a call. We have been trying to get our fridge fixed for over 6 months and have paid over $400 with still no results. It wouldnt be as troublesome if the technician Jody would return our phone calls or try to schedule an appointment like he promised over a month ago after numerous attempts to get a hold of him. This has been absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. So if anyone reads this from Yakima Appliance Services, please get back to your disgruntled customers off of Cottonwood Canyon Road.

Jody the technician was very rude over the phone and then text messages. Very unprofessional. My fridge door came damaged from Costco and this is who they used for the repair. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Customer service as well as COMMUNICATION with your customers is key.

Great experience! Very polite. Ask what the problem was and I said I thought the bearing was going out , so he spun the tuband said yep thats your problem. Was here literally 5 minutes and received a bill for $105?? Dont mind paying for a persons time but WOW!!

DO NOT USE YAKIMA APPLIANCE SERVICES!!! They charged me 97 dollars total to repair a something I asked not to be repaired, I only wanted a diagnostic check or estimate for LG claim. I asked not to do repairs, just needed an estimate for LG. They did repairs anyways and charged me 97 dollars for a 22 dollar part. After reminding the customer service rep that I didnt want it repaired he said its not his fault and that I needed to talk to the repair man. I did so only to be lied to about how the part was 90 dollars and they gave it to me free so all I was paying for was labor. What a joke, I could have installed it myself and got the part for 28 dollars after shipping cost.

Been dealing with them for months now...always getting the run around or no calls back. Always having to contact Whilpool for new tickets because they will just close it out without even calling. This last time they basically told me that they do not have a fix for it and I just need to get a new fridge...even though it is only 3 months old...If at all possible schedule with someone else! Their customer service is terrible from the front desk to the service people.

Was supposed to have a technician come out to fix the washer on a warrantee that I bought with Lowe’s needless to say technician never showed never called Had to have somebody sit at my house waste their time for somebody who was supposed to come out I recommend nobody uses this company they suck

Jodi the technician was rude and unhelpful on the first service call. Refused to move the fridge out from the wall. On the second time out (after i moved the fridge) he was 4 hours late. Once he did show up he tried to make every excuse he could come up with so they wouldnt be liable to fix the BRAND NEW appliance. Would not recommend at all. Very dissapointing!

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS. Lg uses this service provider for warranty work. Scheduled appt for fridge repair over 3 weeks ago with Zac for warrwnty repair. Service repair person did not have appointment on his schedule for the scheduled day. Had to reschedule and had requested job to be done between 8-10 am due to my work schedule. I was reassured that I would be the first appt. On the day of the service appt, service repair person (Jodi) advised he is not available until 11 and that the appt is scheduled as COD, not under warranty. He was very rude. I have advised LG about the poor customer service with this business.

Horrible customer service. Hes the only person in town that does warrently work, we bought a dishwasher and needed it fixed, still within warrently, so lowes gave us his number. 2 phone calls and 2 weeks later no call from him. If hes the only person in town able to do warrently work he needs to call people back, simple phone call to say hed get back to us in a certain amount of time to make an appointment was all that was needed. Lucky for us lowes will take back the dishwasher and we wont have to wait for another 2 weeks for a call. Disappointed (is the nice way Ill say it).

They were contacted by Maytag to do warranty service he called to talk about the appointment and over the phone trying to diagnose the machine without ever seeing it and told me it was going to be a cash on delivery because those parts weren’t covered under warranty horrible customer service no willingness to serve the customer and is an absolute disgrace as an American company!!!!

Terrible customer service. Have waited multiple times on schedule day to fix my stove only to be called and told we either don’t have the part or we ordered the wrong part. It’s been over a month now and it still hasn’t been fixed. Avoid these guys.
