Shelley reminded us what good customer service is all about. She was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. She completed a thorough etc inspection of our furnace. She explained its current condition, and possible options for the future as it is getting older and will need to eventually be replaced. Thank you.

We went to the office in Yakima to buy a new filter for our unit. A sign on the door said we had to call a number to order a filter and pay for it, then pick it up at the place of business. The manager let us in so we could call and get our filter. They took at least 10 minutes to answer, she transferred me to another person and we waited another 10 minutes, she never did answer. The manager emailed them to answer the phone. We decided to leave but got a return call before we got to the car. We had to order the filter and pay for it and then go back in and get it. How unprofessional is that. The manger could have taken our order and money and given us the filter in 5 minutes time. We wont be back.

Our AC system went out on one of the hottest days so far this year. Campbell and Company was willing to immediately send out a Tech to assess the system. We had a great Tech, Juan Godinez, He explained what he found and provided us with a number of options. He was professionally friendly and knew his business thoroughly. Would recommend the company and the Tech.

This was a service / fault analysis / new system estimate situation but Campbell and Co illustrated that their techs and estimate crew knew what they were doing.The tech (Juan) was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional and Rowdy, the estimate guy proved that he had the same degree of professionalism, knowledge and customer awareness.Looking forward to the installation ! ! !

They were very thorough explaining what they were doing, checking if I had questions at any step of their process. They did the work quickly!! They got our new unit installed and going that day.

Tech came out, said they would check on warranty for mini split and get back with us. Stated there was a refrigerant leak which would cost $800 to diagnose. A month later no call back. Had it fixed by another company. There is a reason we fired them before, thought unit might still be under warrant so I gave them another chance. Big mistake, best to stick with smaller business, less expensive and they don’t try to price gouge you like Campbell does.

It was HOT and and my AC stopped working as I am sure happened to many people. Campbell & Company scheduled me for the first available service date, and as schedules changed they called to let me know they could come earlier. Ezequiel called to let me know he was on his way, was polite, reassuring, kind, respectful and kept me informed of what he was doing to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Ezequiel called for back up when the problem was not straight forward and Mike joined him to troubleshoot and fix my AC. Both were respectful of me and of each other. The cost was reasonable. Past experiences with service people caused me to have serious anxiety when I needed to call for help. Campbell & Company has eased that. I am finding that I can Trust Campbell

Jose came to clean my furnace... He found that it was very old.. to my knowledge it hadnt been cleaned forever.. the belt was torn in several places . He ordered a new belt.. 3 days later he put in the new belt. It is so.much quieter.. I also appreciated the phone call on the first visit to tell me when he would be here so I wouldnt keep wondering what time he would come. Thank you much Campbell and Company for the great care given to me.

We had to have an entire electrical update to our house. Nothing grounded, really old wire, everything. (Turns out we were lied to when we bought our house about the wiring) Campbell & Company was fantastic throughout the whole process. The explained everything and showed us everything. I manage a independent local retailer. We had been using another company in town but after numerous years of using them they attempted to viciously overcharge us for a repair (a few wires needed replacement but they attempted to tell us that we needed a whole new system install) so I no longer felt comfortable using them. We prefer to stick with one company as long as the service is good. I had not had any prior experience with Campbell & Company so, to be honest, I had no idea what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a rather hot day when our ac unit went out and as everyone knows sweaty customers are not happy customers so we needed someone to come out asap. Campbell and Company had a technician out within 3 hours of my call (if I wanted the other company we used in the past to come out even in the same day I had to pay an expediting fee) and there wasnt any up-charge. When the technician arrived he immediately introduced himself to my staff and me and, after me giving him the details of the issues we were experiencing, he gave me a clear and concise description of what he thought the issue might be and exactly what he would be doing to attempt to confirm his suspicions. The tech worked very efficiently and was courteous to all of our customers while working inside the store. Each time he verified an issue he immediately made me aware of what he had discovered and told me how he planned to address it. This occurred every time he finished a portion of the work. I was given exact estimates for all of the work provided. The tech even used a triage like system where he let me know which issues were the most pressing (i.e. things that could lead to greater damage to the system or be potentially hazardous etc) and which could wait for a bit as a more basic service/upkeep call. The work was completed quickly and the quality of the repairs were top notch. Billing was extremely easy which, as a General Manager, is absolutely worth its weight in gold. I would be extremely confident recommending Campbell and Company for any repairs or installs that they cover. I personally will be using them for any future issues with our workplace system and will be calling them in the next couple of days to handle some repairs on my home unit as well. A very enthusiastic 5 star rating.

Service Tech came out do to poor cooling, checked the HVAC and found one of the condensers was not cooling. Checked pressures and everything seemed to be within normal operating range. We set up a system evac and pressure test, along with a nitrogen flush for the next morning. Tech worked to perform the work as quickly as a quality service allowed all the while keeping us apprised of the progress. Unfortunately, when system was brought back on line issue still existed, though the second coil was now actually getting ‘cooler’. Looks like time for a new HP, and the amazing office staff work with us to get an estimator out ASAP, they thought it would be several days out, but after a bit of shuffling and calls to me several times, they were able to get the person out the following day. See what the damage is then ….$$$$$Trusted and reputable Company, they are the Costco local installer also….

Technician Nick installed rough in plumbing for new double sink vanity. The job proved to be rather difficult but Nick persevered and completed the work on budget. Im very happy with the job and would recommend Campbell and Co to anyone who needs an HVAC or plumbing contractor.

We have a well and our water stopped working. They came and within minutes he realized it was massive ants the got into the pump sensor and got fried and prevented it from actively running. He cleared it out and within minutes we had water. He was amazing and very professional 👏

Had my I Comfort 10F81thermostat die, vertical lines across the screen. Called Campbell at 8am they had a tech there in 2.5hrs. He confirmed the passing of the old thermostat. Informed me that my unit was still under warranty and replaced it with newer I Comfort S30. Very satisfied with their quick response and customer service.

Humberto was knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed all of our needs and questions. No complaints on the service.Scheduling was poor. I originally scheduled over the phone and the appointment was missed. So I had to call and reschedule. Then after scheduling another day they called me to reschedule. So it took 3 different dates to get the maintenance done.

We had them come out to remove a water heater, install a new one and move the plumbing from upstairs to downstairs. From the receptionist, to everyone I worked with - they were fantastic, super helpful and on top of everything involved. They came out to scope the job on a Thursday, and by Monday afternoon were done with what should be a pretty extensive project. This saved us from a 17-year old water heater going out and causing massive water damage to our house. Would recommend them for ANYTHING.

We used Campbell to install a new water pump and hot water circuit circulator to increase water pressure and eliminate wasted water waiting for hot water. We are very pleased with the service we received from Campbell & Company. The team was professional and easy to work with on this project.

We have a family of 4 and lately our water pressure was down to a trickle at best. We had a VERY OLD well pressure tank going out and I called Campbell and Co on a Friday afternoon, had a diagnosis and quote to replace on Monday afternoon (same visit) and an entirely new system by Tuesday afternoon. John Adams , the plumber, was professional and informative. He was honest and laid out complete cost of the project. The speed and professionalism from the initial phone call to installation was amazing. I would highly recommend Campbell and Co for any services they can provide and as a matter of fact I did. My sister in law’s AC went out the same day we had our tank replaced and the next day she called and was back up and running with her AC. I was so impressed that after our replacement, I called to ensure John Adams and Dillion Forbes got recognition for their great work.

We wanted to use Costco as our furnace replacement vendor. Their preferred installation Co, is Campbell and Co. based out of Kennewick. Loved the whole process. John was our sales person, Nate was our project manager and we had a handful of different technicians that came in to install not only our Furnace but AC, water heater and water softener. They were professional and courteous and cleaned their mess and took all garbage with them. John gave me three options explained the main differences listed additional options and educated me on the main differences. He laid out the cost associated and the discounts, rebates and tax credits. They handled filling out all paperwork for us to get the rebates and credits. Then he took it one step further and introduced me to a credit union that has an energy loan program that allowed us to include new energy efficient appliances in our total package. From start to finish we were done with everything in 12 days. We are thrilled, ran into a couple hiccups and they were great came out and took care of the issues. They provided the most efficient options and even opened up the area the old unit took over so we have storage. I would highly recommend Campbell and Company through the Costco program.

If you have never dealt with Campbell and Company before, let this serve as a warning, because you will have to rethink your expectations on what a company should provide when you do business with them. We had an entire team show up for our HVAC replacement, I mean, we had an entire fleet of Campbell vehicles swarming our property through out the day, all there to do a specific portion of the install. Every single person that showed up was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole team gave off the impression that they were performing an install at their own home, identifying better ways to do things, constantly cleaning up and organizing the materials and their tools, and keeping me aware of what was happening through the whole process. Im still dumbfounded at how a company can provide this level of service and still be within %10-%15 costs of the typical 3 quotes you would get from different venders.The sales process was great, the pre-install walkthrough quick and the communication with dispatch was perfect.On top of this, the warranty on the system we purchased destroyed the other venders, they were not even close, and to sweeten the deal, we got 3 years of Campbells re-occurring service(Partner Plan).Campbell and Co value is so exceptional, I would be very concerned if I was a compotator in this industry because their team, front to back is dialed in.As far as I am concerned, Campbell and Company is a 5 star business and a true Industry leader.

We contacted Campbell and company to redirect our AC condensate line away from a new sidewalk we were in the middle of having poured. Shelley, our dispatched technician, arrived early and was cheerful, knowledgeable and communicated very well for a difficult job in a busy work area. They have everything from seasoned technicans to knowledgeable customer service representatives make sure the job gets done right the first time.

Service was excellent! Techs knew exactly what they were doing and diagnosed my issue within about 25 min & in an hour total had my AC unit working again. During this pandemic they wore masks and sanitized everything they came in contact within a timely fashion. Which is important because we have 3 immune compromised people in our home. They kept social distancing and we had a ladder ready for them to get into the attic so they didn’t have to touch much. Also made their time here quick and easy. Service and professionalism was top notch. Parts a little spendy, but emergency service cost wasn’t too bad so it really made up for it. Very polite and knowledgeable! I had diagnosed the system myself and didn’t want to wait to order the part & they had it in their truck! Saved me a lot of time in the 100 degree weather! The plus side was they checked multiple things and gave me a heads up on things I did not diagnose and will prevent further issues! We will schedule this in the fall and get setup on a maintenance plan which is actually very affordable and worth the price! Definitely going to deal with them from now on over everyone else I called because of the techs who I dealt with! I really hope I get them in the future and if not, I’m confident their other techs are great too from how they were while at my home!

Technician thoroughly examined heating unit but unfortunately the problem didn’t get fixed. My heater stopped working again that same night that he came out. Ended up replacing the thermostat on my own the next morning (which he said “could be” the problem) and it in fact did fix the issue. Unfortunately had to pay $117 for the service call just to end up having to fix the problem myself. Not sure why he wasn’t able to tell the thermostat just needed to be replaced?

Our thermostat broke and we were sitting around in our coats. The company who installed our system just couldnt fit us in to their schedule so we called Campbells and the gentleman who came was very courteous. I wouldnt be as frustrated had they replaced the almost full tank of propane they leaked into my crawl due to their second check failing to tighten the fitting prior to starting the new furnace. Wife smelled propane, called me, and she had to evacuate our house. Not a good experience for us at all.Since this event occurred the Service Manager has contacted myself and remedied this situation. I expect to continue business and look forward to continued service with Campbell and Company

Service person came out and cleaned out roots from my sewer line. Was very knowledgeable and informative. Repair was done properly and thoroughly.

We had a newer furnace put in our house 3ish years ago by Campbell and Company. The cost for this furnace was $10,000.This year we started hearing a banging noise in one of the kids bedrooms (the furnace is above in the tresses). We let it go for awhile but at times it was pretty load and my son was complaining he couldnt sleep.We called and asked if they could come look at it, sure for $125 just to get them here. We agreed and the tech came out. He reviewed the problem and said that one of the lines was running on the inside of the wall and that he would need to get another tech out to help him resolve it and that it likely should have been wrapped or insulated. The new cost will be $284 + the $125 to come look at it. We could get a service agreement though and that would discount some of the cost, that would be $200. We spend the $200 for the service agreement.I asked if any of this was covered in the $10,000 we had just spent 3 years ago. The tech wasnt sure.Fast forward, new tech comes out to fix the line, he is done in about an hour. Says he cut some wood and moved the lineset over. So i errantly thought since no drywall work had to be done and that you know the furnace was $10,000 and less than 3 years old that cost would be cheaper. Nope, $284.So we have spend $480+ to fix a noisy lineset for a 10,000 furnace. I called i think 5 times now and there is nothing they can do. According to them the issue was not with the 10,000 furnace they put in, but with the line (that connects to the furnace and i would think may have been moved around or pulled tight against the wall when installing the furnace....?).My next step is to go into the attic and find this mysterious board that was $300 to cut. (or $500 if you count the first time they came out).

The service man was professional, took time to let us know his progress a number of times while working, was always careful not to track anything into the house as he went in and out, was unfailingly polite and courteous.

Shelley performed our 6 months winter maintenances last week. She is a excellent technician! She wore covers for her shoes and wore a mask which we appreciated. She was very thorough and informed me each step of the way through the maintenance procedures what she was doing. At the end, she sanitized everything and left the working area clean. Nate was very nice when he came and introduced himself to us making sure that he knew everything that was going to be done, he checked in between jobs. Nick and Arron were very polite and knew what they were doing to get the job done. Nick made sure to ask where the new vents were supposed to be even though he probably was told where or it was on his work orders, he made sure to satisfy us by making sure. They did their work and cleaned up the messes. Nick and Arron made sure to tell us about the system and that there was going to be an inspection, and asked if we had any questions. They said if the inspector found anything but they didn’t thinkHe would, they would be back out here, Very nice and respectful people.

Our repair man was on time, very professional, and very efficient.

I, in all honesty, cannot give Campbell & Co a good review for punctuality, they get a one star for that. I was scheduled to be seen between 10:00 am to 12:00. I received a call from dispatch around 11:00 am asking if everyone in the home was healthy. I returned the call and verified we were in fact healthy and at that time was told they would be out in a few minutes. A little after 2:00 pm our tech showed up with not even a call. Rigoberto did do a fine job and was very understanding of my not being pleased regarding the timing of appt.
