They are a scam. They pretended to give me too much of a refund in the amount of $4,999 on my credit card and they wanted me to transfer the money back to them. The credit card company confirmed that they never gave me any money back.

My wife kept several crucial files on an USB jump drive which she unfortunately banged and broke. Guy tried charging me double for what everyone else gave me a quote for, store is always empty so i understand why the business might not be doing well but as a result expect to over pay and possibly get talked into paying for something you dont even need.

Wanted to charge me 160 for using windows recovery cd and to transfer all files, 80 bucks each, but i made it clear i am not paying 160, i told him i habe 80 and i just need windows to reboot normally. 80 is even over priced for transfering all my files, just for my windows to reboot normally again regardless of saving my personal files. How does it make sense to pay 160 for those services when i would have saved 10 bucks buying a new copy of windows 10 for $150... i agree with the rating below me, i feel like theyre over priced just because business seems slow for them...
