I hired Igor’s Construction to replace the shingles on my home with Cedar Impressions shingles. Igor and his team did a great job with shingle removal and installation. They made repairs, addressed questions, and followed through with every detail. At the end of each work day, the team ensured that the yard was tidy and the walkways were swept. At the beginning of the project, Igor took the time to show me samples, shared the pros and cons with specific choices, and was very flexible about when he could start the project. I am very happy that I chose Igor’s Construction to repair damage to my home that was caused by a car crashing into it. The impact caused damage to the exterior siding and an interior wall. Choosing a contractor under normal circumstances for a planned project can be difficult. In my case, I was under pressure by insurance companies to gather quotes quickly. Igor was very prompt in coming to assess the damage. He was very professional, and impressed me as an extremely conscientious person. He had a wide range of siding samples and went over the pros and cons of each, including considering the relative energy efficiency of the various products. He was quick to deliver a very reasonable quote for the work. All of these things, along with the fact that he has experience in dealing with insurance companies and was willing to work with them made my choice of Igor’s Construction an easy one.From the time of accepting the quote to the final payment after completing the work, communication with Igor was excellent. House re-sided and gutter helmets installed.We were very impressed with Igor from the beginning when he made a quick phone call to us saying that he was running late to meet with us but would be at our house at 8:30 pm. That first impression gave us an indication of the type of contractor we were dealing with. We were looking for a reliable and professional contractor to re-side our house. I had a couple of estimates given by some people which seemed pretty excessive. After doing some research online, Igor construction seemed to have very good reviews and their website was impressive (most companies in this field seem to neglect that part). They work it’s really amazing they’re really fast they know what they do in a highly recommend Igor’s for the work they answer you any question you have they are very professional they did a amazing job with my Siding Igor and his team replaced our siding this past week. Igor construction was hired by us to replace some outside stairs and secure railings. They did a fabulous job. They were very professional and always kept us up to date with the progress and what they needed to do and to get our opinion of how we wanted it done and finished. Hard workers , no nonsense, cleaned up everything when finished, no problems. Would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs. They were courteous and very particular about what they were doing and how the project looked. It’s was refinishing to see their detailed in their work.

Igor installed a new basement door for us. Our old door was perched on top of a high concrete stoop. Igor demolished the old stoop, build a new lower one, added a header and installed the door, all in one afternoon for a very reasonable price. We hired Igor’s Construction to install a specialty siding called Everlast. His references were excellent and we now concur with their experiences with Igor and his hardworking crew. They were respectful and focused on getting the job done. Igor is now a certified installer for Everlast and you can trust that they will do a great job with all of your exterior finishing needs including trim, fascia and soffits.

Igor with his guys did a front door remodeling on our house in Framingham. Single prehung door were replaced with new door with two sidelines. Entire opening was converted in two hour. Interior and exterior were completely rebuild. Very professional and quick service. Whole project was completed in less than half a day. Highly recommended.
