Exceptionable customer service! I called to see if they would be able to fix two of my computers, however, their office is temporarily closed. Adam was wonderful! He emailed me a link on how to fix one of the computers myself at home and explained the whole process to me. I would definitely recommend this company for any future computer issues.

Adam jumped on my problem immediately. Both my bank and I were concerned my laptop might have had remote access installed when a technician completed a software update. Adam remotely ran several virus/malware checks and cleaners, found a few things to quarantine and told me it was on the house. What a guy!!! 😁 thank you Adam.

Helpful, professional and honest! I had a question regarding videos not appearing on an external hard drive I received. They walked me back behind the counter and showed me that the files were formatted for a Mac only and I was using a PC. They then walked me through the process to download freeware and extract the files to my PC in the appropriate format. It worked perfectly! My only gripe was that they would not take my money when offered. Like I said honest and professional.

Technical Computer Solutions was very helpful and pleasant to do business with. Our laptop we thought we completely ruined after having MONSTER spilled all over it and soaked. We brought it to them after 24 hrs of drying, and they fixed it, cleaned it and gave us a wireless mouse due to ours not quite working. As well as installed some updates and Microsoft. They were very generous and great people to work with. WE KNOW WHERE TO GO AND ALL OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR SOME TECHNICAL SUPPORT!
