I’ve been going to this nail salon for years to get my eyebrows done. I won’t go anywhere else. I also go and get pampered at least twice a year with a pedicure and manicure! They’re very friendly and prices are great.

I’m sorry but I will not be going back there a friend recommended it. They are pretty cheap and it shows had gel manicure done on Saturday 6/12 by Monday my nails were peeling, they feel weak and even painful. My daughter had a full set out on and literally went to dollar tree next door right after to remove the color it was so bad and they cut her doing the cuticlesIt was bad!!Tried to post a picture of my nails but, couldn’t figure it out first time I do a review

I went for a full set at 10:45 and they didn’t start my nails till 11:30 because someone walked in for a pedicure so they left my nails and attended them. i wanted a square set of multiple brown nudes, i was told they didn’t have any of those colors and to pick my own color. they cut them too short after i said that they were too short she didn’t care, they were too thin, the tops are crooked, i have nail polish on my fingers still, i got 2 diamonds on my ring fingers and they’re crooked and even after i said something she didn’t fix it, you can still see drill marks through the polish. bad work all around.

Love this place, price is not bad, and the staff is always friendly.

Staff was friendly, had pedicure and gel nails. Not happy not going back.Pedicure not great. He also did not use a clean file and put it back in draw.I would think with covid they would be more sanitary.Gel nails he did not pay attention barely cut cuticles more focused on another customer complaining did not focus on finishing my nails. Gel nails peeled off two days later.

My nails looked good but they were definitely different lengths.

PLEASE READNOT WORTH ITGave five stars so you see this.The woman i had repeatedly ignored me. She was rude and dismissive when i tried to tell her that I didn’t want what she was doing and she huffed and gave me the file to shape my nails. At that point they where so short that i couldn’t do much to fix them. Now they are super short and square-ish. On top of that they are wavy and lumpy and the polish is already lifting and i had them done at 4pm today and its only 8pm. I tried to correct the way she was doing the gel and she said “ya ya ya i do” and still did it wrong.To add to that while i was sitting there i watched the “waxer” take five clients in her chair and not clean or sanitize anything in between. She used the same popsicle stick thing to apply wax to each person and then used the tweezers, and spoolie on each of them as well. To clarify this was not a group that came in together it was a series of people over about 35minutes, not that that makes it any worse but its not okay. I had an all around bad experience.

I dont get my nails done here but as far as eyebrow waxing goes its the only place I trust. Prices are fair and she gets you in and out within 5 mins as long as there arent any other ladies waiting before you to get their brows done as well

Gel manicure was ok. He cut my cuticles with the file on multiple fingers and all my nails arent even. Thumb nail came off because the top coat was not applied correctly. However the worst part was watching the waxing station service 5 women one after the other without any sanitation of her implements in between clients. This includes, the wax brush (salons use disposable sticks), scissors, tweezers, comb and her own hands. NOT ONCE! I can forgive an unseasoned manicurist, as this is the responsibility of the owner to train staff.. but not following proper sanitation in between customers is unacceptable. Im a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner, would not recommend to anyone and will not be returning. State board should be aware of this.

My fiance always goes here exclusively and claims they do the best job in the woonsocket area. We drive from foxboro just to use them.

I caught an infection doing my eyebrows there

I might be wrong, but it appeared to me that they went fetched the one employee they have that provides services to African Americans. When I walked in, there were 2 other employees available but they went got her from somewhere and her English was super-limited . . . I asked her about some anti-fungal cream they sell and it took almost 5 mins for us to establish a rapport . . . This is my 2nd trip to this shop even though I was treated roughly the same the first time, I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh well, fool me once, shame on you . . .

I loved how my nails turned out but the nail tech was a bit rude and had an attitude the entire time. I accidentally messed up one of my nails while drying and she literally sighed while getting the nail polish.

99 nails is so good love getting my nails done and getting pampered 😊✋

I just visited once to get my nails done for New Years Eve. Great price on acrylic nails. Would return if I needed it done again.

Summary: Never go to 99 Nails in Woonsocket!!..On Saturday morning I got my nails done for 27$ no big deal. Come tuesday my bank account was overdrafted, leaving me with -3 dollars. Concerned, I call my bank account to find out what happened. Turns out this place had altered the ammount (days after me going there) and charged me 59$. First I call the nail place & explain the situation just to see what they will say, she goes I no understand.. was it ahh foodstamp card? Like what?? Food stamps?? I then just say screw it & go to this salon in person. She then spends a half hour on the phone with her banker speaking only Korean. Her conclusion after all this was that Ohh were not sure what happen, must ahh been a employee mistake. Like uhhh????? DUH!! Needless to say this place is trash, is fraudulently charging cards days after a service, is illegally abusing government funded food programs and has employees coming out of the backroom sniffling. In the process of making a complaint to the Better Buisness Bureau.
