I was at this facility September 2 for a delivery. Apparently, they are aware of their serious problem because notice is posted that unloading could take up to a minimum of six (6) hours, to me they are trying to give excuses for their acute sense of indolence and I dont care attitude. My honest advice is that they should make adequate provision for their own fleet of trucks rather than using outsourced transportation to carry out their work. At least 90% of reviewers scored the facility poorly, but because they dont care they are not doing anything to review their operational procedures to eliminate the problem causing them to take six hours or more to finish working on a truck. Law is made for man and not man for the law, so it is imperative and important that when there are many complaints about a system, such system should be reviewed to ensure improvements. For me, I will never deliver to cvs Woonsocket until theres positive review by truck drivers.

This place is the worst. Stay out of here if you are an owner operator. $400 lumper and over 8 hours to get out. Limpets are in and out of the building all day long. Breaks and more breaks. It’s a joke.I’m the only truck here. Just imagine if they had 5 or 6.AVOID taking loads to this place.

This place is like all other CVS distribution center1. They don’t care about truck drivers2 . 6 to 10 hrs to deliver and paperwork3 . Workers take 1 pallet out trailer then takeHalf hr breaks, smoke, go get there lunch box from the parking lot across the street .4 . gage lagged some more and so on and so on.

If you have to deliver here make sure you get here the night before! Had a 3pm appointment but it is now 9pm and I am still waiting for them to finish! The people are very nice but the wait sucks, also they use lumpers for unload.

Extremely slow and very high lumper fees

Appointment was 7am , arrived 6:45 got door . Empty at 7:45 . People are nice. I dont know about others but they unloaded me fast .

Never have I delivered to a more disorganized and mismanaged distribution center. Not only did I have to pay an abnormally expensive unloading fee, my appointment was set for shortly after noon and I ended up leaving the property at about 10pm. Why set an appointment and then be “too busy” to unload a truck when I see workers hanging out on the property for long periods of time before getting back to work? Don’t plan on making it anywhere else that day if you are delivering here. The one good thing I can say about this place is that you can find a decent overnight parking spot to catch some sleep. Otherwise, never coming back here.

This place does not deserve a single star truckers do not come to whom I only have to deliver 6 pallets I have been standing for 1 day I arrived at my arrival time and they treat you very badly they are very straightforward they do not realize the people of the werehaus who work there thank you that truckers benefit from unloading is disrespectful. I would like to see what would happen to them when trucks stop coming to unload.

2 stopper out of Newville, PA, Stop 1, schedule for 6am, pulled in night before (11pm) called receiver to find out how early I could check in, in the morning. Put me straight to a door. Wake up call 7:15am , empty.Also, Convoy load, no lumper fee.

Fast unloading. Very little room to swing tractor around while backing in. Tight street. Nice people.

Overnight minimal parking, LONG wait time as I have seen trucks docked for more than 5 hrs. Good driver service.

Wasn’t too bad as expected! In at 3pm out at 445pm. Yes lumper fee. Seems as if they got started after a shift change and it was on from there !!

Worst place. Never ever come to this place if possible. You will have to wait for minimum 4-6 hours to unload LTL. Also get ready to pay lumper fees. Dirty toilet with no toilet paper and soap.

Delivered to this address. Check in was fast but I had to wait for a door. The staff were helpful and professional. They did spend over 5hrs to offload my trailer. It was a full trailer. Expect to be there for hours if you have a full trailer. I saw two other drivers check in after me and they were offloaded in less than 2hrs.

This is by far the biggest dumpster in the entire northeast!! WORST place to deliver no customer service at ALL.

The first time that I was here, it took them over 4 hours (although I was early for my appointment). An extra star for having a washroom... some places only have a porta-potty & some have nothing at all.This time I arrived early again & did my reset. Appointment time was for 7am. They unloaded me & I was ready to go before 7am... great improvement guys. Thanks to Michael & his team.

I had full trailer dry load. Appointment was 3pm and they let me out at 4:10 pm. Pretty good for DC.

If you can help it and you arent a carrier who does drop and hooks with them, avoid delivering loads here. We were on time for appt. They are a complete break down facility. Meaning they breakdown the skids you bring in and count and separate onto other skids for your entire load. We had an almost full load with various products from one distributor, we were told it would be possibly 9 PM before we were done. Our appt. was 3 PM. We were completed at 10:15 PM and the lumper fee was over $400. Sign inside informs you to be prepared to be here for at least 2 hours. Supervisor Justin was great and accommodating. Side note: I have worked in various parts of logistics, trucking and distribution. I dont understand how a better system that could accommodate the driver and warehouse hasnt been established yet. This is ridiculous!

Never come back again. Checked in at noon had appointment at 3 pm , checked out 9:20 pm. Stay away

The worst place to unload. I was late one hour, so I had to wait 6 days to get another delivery app sett . I propose to them to pay myself and to deliver to a cross dock , but they refused. So I had to wait 6 days till I got another app. and now still here, my app 7 am , NOW IS 1 PM and they can not unload my trailer ...I will never deliver to this company ever !

I’ve worked in a lot of warehouses and this was by far the worst. No room to move up until you’ve been there some years, dirty and disorganized, under paid and over worked employees. Would not recommend working there unless your willing to sacrifice your personal health for the job.

Had to give them 1 star....for checking In,after that things got complicated 18 pallets and 4 hours later they never touched anything! This place is a joke, disorganized, dirty , brake time every half hour, then lunch time , then coffee & smoke.....and if you ask questions they get upset!

If you can avoid this place, I recommend you not to come, they are terrible slow, they treat the drivers with total despotism and contempt, they wait for the exact time of your appointment to start work from that moment on, the wait is up to 6 hours, to deliver the Documents take an hour longer the more you claim them the longer they take, as CVS allows employees so lazy and with such disrespect towards those who effortlessly keep their warehouses full

I do not recommend anyone to come to this place to download, they are racist, they treat drivers badly, the waiting time is 4 to 6 hours, they do not start downloading until the exact time of your appointment arrives and from there to wait 4 to 6 hours, here I never come back again, today I arrived at 9:40 AM, my appointment was for 3:00 PM, at 3 it was that they started downloading, now it is 8:30 PM and they still have not finished, do not come to this store, its a piece of advice, this is the worst place you can go in life, now I asked for my papers and they told me that 1 hour is missing, that is by 10:00 PM, 7 hours at the door, they are some ......
