I called late in the day and was given an appointment for less than an hour later. I was called back for the appointment in a timely manner and Raymond worked more than 3 hours with me to get my computer up and running again. I had an additional problem after we disconnected and he emailed me right back. The next morning we talked again to resolve the problem and before I had a chance to call him, he followed up by calling me. It is almost unheard of in this day and age for a supplier to remember to call you back!!!I feel his follow up and service...and pricing ...is exceptional! I have already started to recommend him to others. Thanks Raymond!!!!!! See you for my next tune up!!! PS I like the fact that he can work on my computer remotely. Convenient for him, convenient for me.
