We had an appointment with their arborist on July 2nd to discuss needed work. We were promised a schedule and price breakdown. We called a number of times to shore up a spot on schedule and final pricing. They continued to tell us that it was their busy season but would definitely be in contact. Almost two months later, crickets. I guess they’re only interested in the big jobs. Don’t waste your time. They will not respond as promised.

Had contract with them for feeding and deep root invigoration. After many prompts, they finally committed to date to do work. I spent a day advance watering. When date came, they never showed. Didn’t return calls or emails. Fed up, I cancelled contract. Never heard anything back from them. I am astonished at such poor service for a multi-$$ contract

Bartlett tree was great. Very professional, safe, and showed care and concern for their customer and the property. I would hire them again.

They are very skilled, clean up so nice you dont know they were on site. Do very good work.

We contracted Bartlett to take down 15 trees in both the front and back yards. Most of these trees were between 100 and 150 feet tall.Despite the heat, the entire crew worked hard over the past couple of days with a couple of days to go.They did a great job, cutting the stumps down as close to the ground as posible and cleaned up the yard after each day, even when they had to return.We are so glad we selected Bartlett and would highly recommend them to to anyone else that needs trees taken down.

We just had some extensive tree work done on our property, and we are glad we chose Bartlett to do the work.Mr. Titus and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.I should also mention that they left the job site very clean, removing even the smallest pieces of debris.We will use them again whenever the need arises.

Got estimates from Jared Smith. He was very nice and knowledgeable . We signed the contract and promptly returned it to the tree service. This was a couple months ago. I called to find out when they would be out to do the job. I got them to commit to the week of the 17th. of September. The 20th rolled around and no tree service. I emailed, called and know one has gotten in touch with me .If this is how they do business, then dont send out postcards asking it!

Very poor Customer service. They came out and look at the problem but never called me back or e-mailed me back to schedule the job. When I called there was never any answer on the phone, no replies to voice mail. After days of trying to reach them the information the receptionist gave was totally different than what was provided via the initial e-mail and conversation by the arborist that came to review the job. So I have no idea what kind of work they do since I found someone else that was organized enough to answer the phone and schedule work.
