They did a great job and have a huge selection of balloons. Very nice couple as well, helped me load up the car too,which was great because it was really windy!!

They are awesome! I called last minute for a popcorn machine and they told me I could pick it up right away. They were friendly, fast, and have tons of party supply options.

We have used Party Plus for rentals for two parties recently. They were easy to work with, timely, true to their promises. A week before our tent rental, they communicated with us confirming our order and giving us an opportunity to make any changes at that time. The staff that delivered our order was respectful and helpful. The pricing is reasonable as well! We will definitely use Party Plus again in the future.

Sorry this is so late. I rented a water slide last summer for my daughter’s graduation party. Everyone loved the slide including the adults. Placing my order was easy, customer service at the store was great and they gave me a great price on the rental. The 2 gentleman that came to set up the slide and take it down were great. They were respectful of ourproperty and did a great job setting everything up. I would definitely recommend them ..

I did find some great pieces. I was looking more for paper decorations but I think this place is more about catering supplies (bulk paper and plastic goods), party rentals (popcorn machines and cotton candy machines) and amazing balloon creations. Ill definitely come again now that I know Its niche!

Rented a tent for a graduation party and it was lovely. The guys that set it up were wonderful and very polite. Definitely would recommend them!!

I just wanted to thank the Owner and his pleasant staff for going above and beyond last week!We placed an order of rentals and linen, linen came from a 3rd party and something went wrong- was NOT Party Plus fault or anything they could of avoided. I had the owner of Party Plus reach out to us ASAP even though was after hours and event was next day, he sent one of his lovely staff out first thing in the morning to make sure everything looked great; and it sure did! Thank you again for going above and beyond! The event was gorgeous, we will send you pictures shortly!

If you want quality service you need to go when they are not busy and more than one person is working. I went to rent a large party tent, tables, chairs, and other items needed for an even of 250 plus people. The attendant kept uttering that she was to busy doing balloon orders and myself as well as others would have to wait (which we did for close to an hour). There was a gentleman in front of me waiting for the same service. When it was finally out turn we were told to return later since it would take to long to take the rental order. Well, guess the business was not that important. Need better customer service especially when you are the only one in the store. Lost my business and went elsewhere for my party needs.

Nephew loves the place for his huge balloons , go wild for them gives a few to Mom to but not his Auntie that drives him there, do want to get a few for my Special lovely Niece to put a smile on her face one day !

I was new in town last year the owner is so AMAZING HE was fully booked for the day of my sons 1st bday but still managed to squeeze us in and booked us! I will be back tomorrow to hopefully rent a bounce house for fathers day!!
