The Jiffy Lube location in Winter Springs provided great service at a reasonable price. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and performed services in an efficient manner. I will continue to go to this location for oil changes, fuel injection services, tire rotations, etc. They are a good business to give money too for services your vehicle will need.

Having had experienced similar hard sell tactics during previous infrequent visits in previous years, when my truck signaled that an oil change was necessary ASAP and I was nearby, figured I could again state that all I wanted was an oil change and just decline everything else.That wasnt enough. 1st it was about the type of oil as evidently after maintaining my 2012 F-250 for 250, 000 miles I was not capable of determining what viscosity or if oil was synthetic or not. Got passed this with clear message that to nevermind the extended life of synthetic (much more expensive) as trucks electronics factored service according by use not time. Then he returns to the service bay and then comes back amazed that it is a diesel (as the vast majority on the road are) and rewrites the order with the extra quarts needed, but with again full synthetic jacking the price to the $195. levels. As I asked why I was not getting what I asked for, his rambling explanation was apparently just another sales pitch.The good news, I left and went to Tuffy (a full service shop) less than a block away and got my oil change in a jiffy with synthetic (they were out of the blend) for $135.

I have always known about Jiffy Lube but never been. I had accidently went to company next door because they are right beside each other and its not clear who is who. I noticed their colors were yellow and not red so I asked if they were Jiffy Lube and they said no but they could give me a better price on an oil change..I said no thank you and went next door to Jiffy Lube and told Tanner what happened and he said maybe they do charge less but the wait isnt worth it. I agreed not knowing how long they would even take. Well let me tell you I had the best service ever!!!! I was greeted by Tanner who was very professional and took care of me right away. He did a complete check on my car to advise me of any issues like the cabin filter needed to be replaced and the windshield wipers. I was so happy they even offer this because someone like me doesnt know much about cars and service. Tanner explained all cost up front to make sure I agreed before he ordered the work to be done. Im sooo very happy I went there!!! Not only did they do a quick efficient job...but the Manager David did a follow up call later in the day. It doesnt get better than that. I feel so special as a customer and will be using Jiffy Lube for all my cars !!!Oh on top of everything else I was telling Tanner about some issues with my daughters car and he said they dont do that at this location and referred me to their sister company that does it on South Semoran. Good and quick service. Because I only went in for an oil change, it was a bit anxiety inducing having them trying to sell me much more than I needed despite me saying I only wanted an oil change. I understand that they may be required to do that though. Only reason I am giving three stars is because I did notice everyone working on the cars in the back and including being inside of my vehicle were not wearing masks. They wore them when they came inside, but not inside my vehicle, which concerns me because I am very immunocompromised! I am unaware if the employees are vaccinated but in the middle of a pandemic it is concerning to me as a person with multiple medical conditions that people were in my vehicle were without a mask, especially with how Covid is here in Florida... Everything else was good service though. I appreciate how friendly everyone was.

I came in for a oil change and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. David was very kind and very informative without pressuring me to get more work done on my car which I really appreciated. Overall I was very happy with their services.

The person who helped me out was nice but very pushy on selling things and That made me extremely uncomfortable. When I left my tires were out of alignment and they definitely werent like that when I came in. Not thrilled with the experience and now having to get my tires fixed somewhere else :(

I will admit, we used to go to Valvoline Mobil Express to have our oil changed, but not anymore! This Jiffy Lube location blows them outta the water. All of our future oil changes and vehicle maintenance items will be done here from now on.

I took my Mitsubishi in for a transmission drain and fill on Sunday 2/8/2015 I brought my own fluid, dealership brand. Upon paying I was informed that it only took 4.2 quarts. I asked if they were certain that specs called for 6, yea, yea, we measured the fluid that came out and replaced that amount. Are you certain? I am sure specs call for 6 quarts for a drain and fill. I had checked the fluid that morning, so I knew it was filled to the correct level.I drove straight home, checked the level (should have had them re-check before I left) it barely registered on the dipstick. I used the remaining part quart and half of a new one. I called to inform the Manager on duty who had checked me out. His response was that even thought they go through the gears, the discrepancy was probably the fluid settling into the transmission from going through the gears. Im not a mechanic, but I am a grease monkey and have never seen a that amount of dependency from a drain and fill.I will call on Tuesday to speak to the General Manager to see if there is any satisfaction to be had.Lesson learned....if you can do it yourself, DO IT YOURSELF!! Dont be lazy you cant trust someone else to know what they are doing.

The worst experience of my life. I took my car in and had my oil changed. A little while later I went out of town for a couple weeks and left the car for my son to drive. The oil light went on when I was out of town. Turns out the kid they had changing my oil didnt know how to screw in an oil filter, and my car ran low on oil. Now my engine knocks. To make matters worse, the manger refuses to fix my car. The guy is a crook. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I need to get my oil change as soon as possible and they where more than willing to assist me so that I can keep my vehicle up and running on the road. They were very friendly, professional and informative about what was going on with my vehicle this is one of the places I take my vehicle too.

Went there a few days ago. Staff is friendly and professional. Unfortunately there is nothing Jiffy about this Jiffy lube. Waited for over an hour. Looked like there was only one guy working and the parking lot was full of customers. They did fill all my fluids which is a nice change from past experiences I have had here. Would only leave 1 star but the gentleman that attended to the billing was very nice.

They did a decent job. Overpriced. Be prepared to be upsold, same as most any oil change place but Ive been spoiled going to victory lube in Orange City for so many years. Good news is you may get a free screw driver with purchase! They left one in my car. :P

If I can give this Jiffy Lube negative stars, I would. I went in for an oil change and these people stole a tool from out of my car. I had a tool sitting in the ledge of my windshield and when I returned, it was no longer there. I called the location back and asked them about it and they made it seem as if I was crazy. I plan on going to the store tomorrow to ask in person about my possessions. Do not go to this store, they are thieves and liars.

October 18, 2015I stopped in today at 11:35 am at my closest Jiffy Lube, #1380. My local branch closed a couple of years ago.My vehicle was immediately pulled into the bay. Only one other vehicle was in the other bays.I only saw three men working, one supervisor and two techs.I had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room before anyone even came to talk to me. In that time, another customer came in, stood at the window for 25 minutes then left.After 30 minutes I came out to ask if my service had been started. The response was “No”. I asked them to close the hood so I could be on my way. The response was “We’ve already drained the oil. It will only be five more minutes.”I just paid $70 for an oil change and at 12:27 pm was cashed out. 52 minutes. Is that a Jiffy?After I paid, the supervisor stated “We’ve put a new window sticker reminder in the front windshield with a 5,000 mile reminder.” I said “Thanks” and entered the vehicle.There was no window sticker.I returned to asked for a window sticker.I was given a new sticker with a mileage on it that was only 3,000 more miles than the mileage on my old sticker. What is even more curious is that my odometer, which only illuminates when it wants, was not on. Had the Supervisor asked, I would have told him the vehicle had about 115,000 miles on it. I had the oil changed at a different vendor at my last interval and the window sticker was a leftover from 10,000 miles ago.Did the Supervisor guess my mileage, or did he trust the records at the store and add 3,000 miles to the old sticker. Not even the 5,000 that he previously stated. I am usually asked if I know what the mileage is since my odometer does not always illuminate. The point here is that the Supervisor simply did not pay attention to, or did not care, what the previous mileage was. Strike One.My “Signature Oil Change” statement said that the following was “COMPLETED”:· Wash exterior windows. My windows were still dirty. Strike Two.· Vacuum Floors. The floor mats were still dirty. Strike Three.Did my tires get inflated properly as stated on my receipt? I don’t know. Were my fluids topped off as stated on my receipt? Did I really get my oil changed as stated on my receipt? Who knows? Based on the Three Strikes, probably not.Did I get a $70 value as a loyal customer? Please.My last two experiences at this location were great. I cannot return nor refer anyone to stop in.

I used to take my car to this Jiffy Lube location. I was out of town and went to a Valvoline and they refused to change my oil because the plug was not the original plug for my car and they didnt want the risk of trying to force the wrong size plug into my car. I am now living in DC, and went to a local place here for an oil change and they too refused to work on my car because the plug was wrong. I am now needed to get a whole new oil pan replacement costing me $500!!!!!! Dont waste your time going here. Go somewhere youll be taken care of properly.

Not an instant drive through oil change. you have to get out of your car and wait 30+ minutes for an oil change. also the gentleman at the counter has very poor customer service. I wont be back instead I will find a true drive through quick lube.

I came in to have the fuel system cleaning on Sunday morning. They pulled my car in,and came to me 15 min later. The guy explains to me their mechanic is not in on Sundays. However they had him on the phone trying to walk them thru doing the cleaning. They could not locate my in port. They started,but could not do it. So they did not charge me but asked that I come back Tuesday thru Saturday,when their mechanic was working. I left with my car. 6 hrs later,running errands my car stalls in the middle of 436 and 17-92!!! I wait 2 hrs for a tow truck that took my car to tire kingdom. They were open. They tell me my fuel line was not attached properly. They did not charge me. Thank you tire kingdom. Screw you jiffy lube. Update 7/27/18 emailed jiffy lube and they responded within a week. They resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Kudos to jiffy lube for stepping up!!!

Get my fleet vehicle serviced here every 2 weeks because we do a lot of driving. The staff is nice enough but unfortunately every time I come in there is always something wrong. In the past they have not filled the washer fluid, over filled the engine oil, not washed the windows, not vacuumed, disregarded my tire pressure, etc, seems like every time they dont do something they are supposed in their signature service oil change. Went in today and they forgot to put a reminder window sticker in my vehicle to let me know when I am due back in for an oil change. Do yourself a favor and go to another chain these guys are useless.

Each time I went they never honored coupons on their site because the coupon didnt scan, which should not matter due to the fact they are looking at the same coupon that Im looking at which is why I went there to began with but still had to pay the amount of the service without the coupon I wanted to use. This have happened each time I went so I will not be returning.

Way too expensive for just a simple oil change basic starts at $79

When I asked for a conventional oil change the attendant/salesman informed me that they could only do a full synthetic oil change in my car, which is double the price. When I told him that I would take it somewhere else because it is insane to pay $80 for an oil change they changed there mind and said they could do it but they wouldnt warranty it. The attendant/salesman was very rude and pushy and upset that I wouldnt buy the expensive oil change. After leaving I looked at the receipt and he had filled it out with a bunch of nonsensical mileage information and comments that it had low oil and pre-existing oil leaks when I brought it in (which is complete BS). I will never take my car to this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife went there this morning to have the oil in or Hyundai Elantra 2012 changed, and was the most horrible experience for her, incredibly PUSHY and RUDE people, trying to arm-force us into using FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL ONLY! they said if we didnt put synthetic they would not warrant the service and that the car was going to start leaking oil for sure and that most likely the manufacturers warranty would be voided as well. they seemed very upset that we decided to use conventional oil.save yourself some really bad time, the place is almost always empy (now i see why) i will never go back to that place in my life again. youve been warned...

Slow. Even when they’re not busy, it’s still an hr wait. I was slightly disappointed in that. Also, they’re very pushy when it comes to additional products. I just need my oil changed, I don’t need a $300 tire rotation and a therapy session included at no additional charge, but thanks anyway.

This is my third time here,and my last. Every time I come here they get slower,and slower. A hour and a half for a oil change with one car in the front of me. Every time the desk clerk came in they were almost done. That happened three times.

Overpriced. Also charge extra for what they call a specialty filter for a common small block Chevy filter. Will not take my vehicle there again.
