For all the negative reviews youd think this was a terrible place to ship, but I had a very positive experience with Denise and Id like to repudiate at least some of whats been said.While there was a line, and the wait wasnt exactly short, the reason is due to how thorough and helpful the attendants are in getting exactly what you want for as little gift as they can, at least in my experience.The customer area was well organized and clean, and had decent accommodations for people wanting to be COVID-19 safe.As far as pricing goes, given the heavy and built box I had, Denise was extremely helpful in finding a solution that didnt break the bank but still provided exactly what I needed.Overall for a shipping location this beats out most other places Ive shipped and I would come back for future business. I dont give 5 stars lightly and this location definitely earned every one.

I am not sure why this location has a bad reputation. I just moved to the state and had a great experience here. A gentleman named Ward helped me and it was super fast. He even reminded me if I needed stamps, which I did.The problem was the @$$hole customers in front of me which were several who did not have correct addresses on their packages, had their passport paperwork incorrect, didnt know if they needed a passport photo and one couple in their 40s who played 21 questions with the teller like they had never experienced a post office before.

My wife had an appointment for passport application. We arrived 30 minutes early hoping they would get to us. Fat chance. With hardly any customers in the post office, she was still too busy. She still sent us away because of something that needed correcting. Had she just reviewed the documents when we first arrived and told us to fix it we could have come back and made our scheduled appointment. Now we have to wait another two weeks. This woman and office has zero customer service skills. I will take the advice of others on here and just go elsewhere. BTW, Amira was the womans name...

This location of Post Office in Winter Springs, FL is the worst I have encountered. My mail get delivered to me with huge delay or not at all. When I drop a letter containing a bill from this location, it takes 2 weeks for a business to get it and by that time I get charged late fee. Our attempts to address the situation resulted in NOTHING. . No one takes the responsibility and only excuses. My attempts to contact higher superior was denied by a very rude and dismissive Office manager who declined and refused to provide me with a name of higher supervisor to address this issue. I am sick and tired of this Office, rude employees and awful service. This is unacceptable and need attention of higher authorities. Disgusted by the whole thing. It costs me money at this point. Office with ZERO accountability.Warning ⚠️ to the rest of people: mail from other Postal offices.

I have been waiting two or more weeks for one item it said it would arrive on may 1 by 9 pm I took the whole day to stay home and guess what it never came in was very upset with this and they are closed on sundays so why tell someone its coming when in fact it never did so now I will wait to see of it comes on monday I wont be holding my breath because I will die just trying to get a little package not good service at all thats my thought

Looked online for my package supposedly it was delivered here at the Winter Springs post office. They said that they left a note on my door about how to pick the package up which was a lie because I have ring cameras. Package was an exotic plant and has been dead for two weeks. Way to go guys.

I was told by the 866 number to come in and show emails proving that I had to refund 50 dollars due to them damaging a collectible that was marked fragile. The female managers refused to help me and they said they would fill out a form saying I had no damage if I wanted to show them photos. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t even look at the email sent from usps stating that is what they suggested to do. I waited 15 minutes to be humiliated and talked down to.

Avoid management at all cost. They lack knowledge, professionalism and overall basic customer service when dealing with customers. My company spends a significant amount of money annually with them and we constantly encounter issues especially when our normal driver has a day off. Please avoid and save yourself the nightmare and headache.

As the rest of the reviews they do not answer the phone. I managed to have someone pick up after the 10th try, tell her my situation and they leave me on hold for over 30min. Then they pick up and hang up.

I live close to this post office and Oviedo post office and I like this location way better. It has big space, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Always gets served quickly and enjoyed the small talks.

Great staff! They are always willing to help and give advice on best shipping options. Quick service; rarely are there any long lines. The building is a bit dated though and could use a some updating.

This place is a joke. It’s never been upgraded for 24 hour drop off and they have nowhere to drop off pre labeled packages inside. Never enough employees and the ones on duty are extremely slow and rude. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to another post office because this one is useless. Just close it.

They do not answer the phone. I was calling to prevent them from losing my medications for a second time. The package I am tracking was accepted @ 16:24 Monday and today is Wednesday and they apparently still have it. My last package (meds) arrived in Winter springs and then toured Clearwater, Tampa, Orlando and back to WS and finally delivered GREAT SERVICE.

I had a prepaid return label from Amazon. The Hispanic lady that assisted me first said I had to purchase an envelope which was $1.50 to return a small box.I asked if there was a more affordable option. She had a coworker find a small box for free.He was going to tape it, and she said I had to purchase the box tape. $3.49.Why are so many businesses in up selling while lacking in customer service.I know Christmas time passed. However it would have been nice to find people that would go above and beyond in providing a good experience.I work nearby. Regardless I will find a different location.Horrible experience.

I visit this post office everyday for my work. Charlie, Bob, Elise and all the staff here at the Winter Springs Post Office are freindly, helpful, and efficient!They are an important partner in my business! Of the thousands of packages over the last 3+ years I’ve mailed through this location- less than 1% have been lost (at the delivered location, not here)- 0% were lost or delayed at this location- in fact they returned one package I failed to label after holding it for a week while I was away!It’s no surprise that I have “shopped” postal locations nearby to find the most helpful and reliable workers, and the Winter Springs location is hands down the most helpful and least stressful for my business!I also notice how hard they work to assist others who are in line, and at their counters. They focus intently at the task at hand assisting the customer in front of them until the customers needs are met.Thanks for all your hard work!

I use this post office 3 or 4 times a month for a variety of purposes. The postmen/women are always very courteous and professional. I have watched them take extra time to assist people who clearly didnt have their act together much to the chagrin of those of us in line behind them. Often they would send them away to complete a form or correct a mistake and instruct them to come back to them when completed and not stand in line again.Often when the waiting line gets long additional people come from the back area to help clear the line. There is always room for improvement but the staff here are dedicated professionals trying to provide the specific support requested by the patron.

I paid $35 last Tuesday to have my mailbox lock changed. They told me it would take UP TO 3 days to get it changed....It is now Saturday. I called to ask when it would be changed. They said they would have someone come out today. Guess what? Mail already came and the lock is still not fixed. I wish we had another post office option but we have to use the Winter Springs one because we live here. We think a full refund is in order since well now be waiting around on Monday or later....a week without mail because of their laziness. There is no excuse for such delay and poor service.

Constantly lose packages, and then in turn lie to customers about how it will be in the mailbox day of call, at 430, 2 hours after mail arrives at my complex. This place needs to replace 90% of the staff immediately. Usps in general needs to take responsibility for packages they lose instead of this insurance nonsense. Once a package is paid for postage and all it is USPS responsibility to replace what THEY lost, this is how the real world works....if I lose something I am responsible for it and I have to replace it same should apply for any and everybody

This Post Office location was convenient to our apartment; had a PO Box here for about one year while on TDY in the area. It has a large parking lot that is never crowded and it has friendly staff too. Clean and located in a quiet area.

I have to agree with the others, I called because we are a new commercial business in the area. We have not been getting our mail and when I talked to them....after numerous calls... the guy was very rude, impatient and completely lacked any customer skills. They just want their taxpayer funded (bailout) paycheck, vacation time then off with the pension after years of hard work and public service.

Ive found the staff here to be pleasant enough, and efficient. I dont know if its because of the Holiday season, but Ive been getting mail addressed to a man in Cassleberry. We have the same address and street number, but hes in Cassleberry. And its stuff from the V.A. I wrote a note on it and put it back in the mail box. Today I got a Christmas card for the former resident, who hasnt lived her since Jan 2014. Im guessing they put on some part time help during the holidays

Called ahead to make sure they did passports at the location. The gentleman on the phone confirmed they do. When I arrived, the first thing a gentleman at the counter said do you have an appointment? I was alone. No other customers there. No one. I was told that they cant assist today without an appointment. I asked how long the process would take, the gentleman (I can only assume is the one who may have answered the phone) states 15 minutes. Their next appointment was at 1pm. I was there at 12:30pm. Why on earth would you not just help? Didnt even bother trying to find somebody else. Unreal. No wonder the USPS is going downhill in popularity. At least this location anyway...

I love this Post office, the lines are never too long, the employees are helpful and nice, and my mailman (Matt) is AWESOME! He always knocks on the door and waits for me to answer and gives me my packages instead of knocking and leaving like many others. he is the best! The employees even go above and beyond when i have requests like using real stamps vs metered postage or handcancelling my mail for me. they are awesome! Love the Casselberry USPS!

This place is the worst! Would not deliver to one of our properties anymore so we paid the $1200 to purchase the box needed at the property after trying to get ahold of them to rectify this for over a month. Now we have had the box installed and I have been waiting almost a week for a return call from the post office about installing the lock they are required to install.Call the post office today and the line finally was not busy. Got ahold of a lady and said I THINK I need to speak with a man named Bob then was explaining to her my issue and she interrupted me and told me to hold. When she came back on the line to tell me that Bob was busy I asked for the name of the main manager there since I have had such HORRIBLE customer service. She gives me Amys name then asks if she can help me with my problem. So I tell her what horrible customer service I have been receiving and how I have been waiting on a call back from Bob about the key since last Friday.She then proceeds to treat me like I am stupid since I need to talk to Rob and not Bob. But if she would have not interrupted me before she put me on hold she would have known I needed Rob and not Bob. WHAT A JOKE!

I cant believe the postman stuffed all my mail in the mall box. He knew I was gone for several days. Wouldnt it be more intelligent to put rubber bands on the mail and use the large box next to our small boxes. Ive never had this problem before. Due to the rain when I went to get my mail it went all over the wet pavement. An unhappy owner of my unit, I would think think that our deliverer y people would have more common sense. -6oo Northern Way - Tuscany Place.This place needs an audit. Ive been away for several months and mail was to forwarded. Several letter were sent back to say the my condo was not there only a vacant lot. I even have evidENce of that. I went to a post office and the postal person, said the mail would be delivered from today on for i HAD returned home. WELL !!!!! There was a green note in my box saying VACANT AND NO MAIL WILL BE DELIVERED UNTIL TA FLAG WAS RAISED. THIS IS KEEPING ME PRISONER FROM MY MAIL. WE DONT HAVE FLAGGED BOXES IN A CONDO COMMUNITY. IM UPSET AND APPALLED AS WELL AS FRUSTRATED WITH THE POSTAL DELIVERY PERSON.

Postmaster of this post office needs a mangement training course. Always long wait in line even just to buy stamps. Two open stations and three or four other employees just stand around supervising. Postmaster needs to come out of the back room and open a third station and run it himself.

I NEVER write reviews. However, this post office is full of very unhappy people whose lives must really stink. They are rude, condescending, act like you are stupid and will flat out ignore you. I hope the US Postal Service falls flat on its face, then these people would learn how to appreciate employment and benefits after they have to go work at McDonalds or Big Lots!!

The mailman at Moss Oak Apartments is stealing peoples mail I asked him and confront him about this my name is inside the mailbox I lost my credit card in the mail here which was sent over 15 days ago then another piece of mail came up missing that should have been here last Thursday I asked him about all my mail and he says he aint seen anything then I mail myself a letter here and still not here either I really think the smell man should lose his job it doesnt take a rocket scientist to deliver mail and then when you call the Post Office the phone goes busy where nobody answers
