Great job at a good price. They were able to remove paint splashed on the side of my car from someones dropped paint can in the middle of the road. Wax and detail had it shining like new. Nice job. Friendly staff. I will be back.

I had an appointment on Sunday for a complete detail. I dropped it off at 9am and was called at 3pm saying it was done. When I picked it up the floor mates were in the truck and still wet which I expected that but 3 got cleaned and it looked like they missed one. Not that big of a deal but looking closer they didnt even clean the side windows and rearview mirror. Not to mention they didnt get the bugs of of the hood before they waxed it. This was my second time and I will not be going back again.

They didnt get my truck spotless. But they did a lot better job than a lot of other places Ive been. Especially on the wheels.

I made my detail appointment 6 days out and was told I could drop it of when they open and pick it up around one. I was not able to pick the car up until 4 which was a little annoying but that could be overlooked. When I was brought to inspect the car the outside was still quite dirty and they scrambled to try to clean things on the outside but it came to the point where I was told I should have paid more. I paid 140 for their second to highest package, I guess for 20 dollars more the outside would have been clean. I will say the inside was very well done.

Brandon helped me choose a package that fit my needs and was really helpful! (I think that was his name, he had a blonde man bun and some ear piercings.) The lady who checked me out was really nice too! My truck looked perfect after and it was a great price

The quality of work at this Car Wash Palace is insane. I am always happy at the end of the day when I leave my car with them. I made an appointment for a full interior detailing and exterior detail with biohazard cleanup on the interior as well and they made my vehicle look like the day I got it. This place is extremely busy not because of the quality of work they do but because they have no competition for miles around. This in my opinion is why the quality of work suffers. I paid $135. for a complete detail and hand wax. My car looked no better than a $12. drive threw car wash. Water spots on the windows and no treatment on door pillars. The inside of the front window was just like it was when dropped off. I also paid extra to have a treatment done on my dash. I see not difference in its appearance after it was apparently done. I will resort back to having a detailer coming to my house for the same price. This way Ill be assured of whats being done is actually done.

Chemicals used in this car wash caused splotching on exterior plastic. I now have to find a plastic restore compound to restore the plastic exterior. Car wash owners really need to pay attention to what products they buy and use.If you have black exposed plastic parts and you want to preserve your cars finish, avoid this car wash. If you have a car without a plastic finish or an older car that already has faded plastic, this car wash is fine.

I’ve seen this place here for years and they are always jamming. So used their wash, windows and vacuum. I have a minivan, so they saved me like an hour an half of work, which they did in like 25mins and then only $18. You can’t go wrong with that. And this was with about 11 cars there already. Nice waiting area. Cashier was very polite and professional.

Terrible. All the back interior is complete dirty. Is exactly how I leave my car for cleaning. They didnt even move the seats to clean. This places is a joke. I just leave the place 10 min ago.

The worst service ever! I pulled in with three cars being serviced in front of me. Anthony was the coordinator in the green shirt and he never once acknowledged me. I sat there for 10 minutes when another person pulled in and within 1 minute Anthony acknowledge and took his order. I am livid at this service and I approached Anthony asking why I was skipped. He then proceeded to tell me that the customer rolled his window down which is why he serviced him first. My mind is blown! I waited for 10 minutes and didn’t even receive eye contact. I asked for help from another guy walking by and he just passed right by me. I was ready to become a member being that this place is only 2 minutes from my home but after speaking to management and resolving nothing I will never step foot near this place again!!!!

Awful... They removed my car antenna and did not install it back, although I purchased the Managers special, they did a very poor cleaning job. Never wasting my money there again.

UPDATE: I went back on Wed to have the Detail Staff do my soft top from us mudding last Sunday. As you see they did an AWESOME JOB! Jeep Community if you want a great job done on your Jeep I highly recommend this place, but if you dont have fenders or your tires are too big then you can not go through the car wash which is not there fault, so dont give a bad review when your vehicle just wont fit.I met the Manager Kelly who is very well educated on details, cars, etc so dont hesitate to ask her any questions.She runs a tight ship with her employees and all of them were very professionals and curious.Special shout out to the Asst Detail Manager whom did a fantastic job on my soft top. Riding and shining while visiting this area.Military discount is available. Also ask about the gift cards if you live in this area.I honestly wish I could give yall a ten star!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Im seriously not understanding the 3.6 over all. I had a detail done today. They did a great job. Ryan who did my car took the time and offer advice on buying product to use in between details. He was great. The staff has been so friendly. They did a complete detail on my wifes car a week ago. They made my 2010 look like new ,it was amazing.

Horrible!! What happened to this place, it really went downhill. You have to guide yourself into the car wash on the track. When finished, youre supposed to wait in a huge line to get it vacuumed. Didnt even get the love bugs off. This place SUCKS.

Went for a wash and vacuum. Ended up vacuuming my car myself when I returned home. Cup holders forgotten and third row untouched. Waterspots all over and main dash was missing key areas of attention. Better off using Top Dog or Mister express wash and vacuuming myself. #Disappointed

They basically scratched my brand new Tesla model 3... There is at least one location that is deeply scratched. Don’t go here unless you want your car damaged.

They have great service and do an incredible job but they need to fix driveway. There are a couple holes that can swallow a car.

My wife took her car here on 06/14/2020, purchased the managers special and also paid an additional fee of $4 for for the inside dash cleaning. The exterior was not clean on the rear or the front of the car. When she arrived home she had to touch up several spots. The inside was the major disappointment. I dont know what the shine material was that was applied, but it was only over about half of the dash and not evenly applied. It looked horrible, patchy and made her ill to look at it. We had to go and purchase some Armor All wipes and do the dash all over again. Not really what you expect to have to do. What a waste of time and money. Emailed them about it and received no response.

I am very happy to find a place where the routine maintenance of my truck exterior can be accomplished! For $40.00 a month I can get unlimited car washes with wax and a hand towel wipe down when finished. This is love bug season and this deal is great, not just for me but YOU as well. It was okay, the people were nice but whatever they used to wash my car took every layer of wax off the paint as it doesn’t bead water after less than a week. Also there is a new chip out of my wheel that wasn’t there before.... but then again who knows if they did do it. Wouldn’t return

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone here and got the Managers Special since they only had 1 detail guy and they didn’t even wipe down the doors! They use to be really good but not anymore.

Use to visit the place almost on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, the last few times that I visited the car wash I have been greeted by a kid that all he does is trying to push for me to spend more money.Last time I visited the place, he went all in and kept pushing me to spend extra for a detailed interior cleaning. He was so pushy that I even had to raise my voice. It is unbelievable to get a high pressure salesman at a car wash. It is disrespectful and cheap. After many years of taking my car there, I decided to go to the one on Aloma, which is far from my home.

I came a week ago, i got an exterior wash and the lady manager gave me and attitude for not knowing how to put the car inside the car wash and out of nowhere she started banging on my car never coming to this place again !

They need the wash cars in the order they get there. I watched 5 cars that came after me be washed first. No management ensuring cars are handled in order. I actually had to walk to the front to find out where my car was. It had just been sitting there without being vacuumed.

Quality of service has dropped significantly. Woman supervisor is rude to employees and customers and makes faces after speaking with people.Today, one of the employees showed such indifference after I asked how both the right and left lanes took six cars through while the middle lane didn’t move. She told me it’s not her fault that I picked the wrong lane?!? She also said they take cars by ticket time. What difference does that make when you’re not moving the car stuck in the middle lane for 15 minutes while six cars who came in behind me were pushed through their lanes while I sat not moving. Ridiculous.

They do a pretty good job but definitely look over the car before you leave. Theres always something they missed. Dont pay for the armourall on your dash, etc. They move too quickly and miss sections. Its not worth the extra $$. Overall, though, they still do a decent job!

I had such a great experience today. My iPhone aux cord adapter must have somehow got vacuumed up during my visit but I really appreciate how the manager (KP) and the employees went above and beyond to try and find it for me and made sure I left with a smile. I have been going here for 4 years and never thought to write a review but I really felt appreciated today and they always do a great job on our cars, highly recommend!

I’m a long term customer, I’ve had 3 different cars windows tinted here over the years. I get the ultimate detail done quarterly. But lately the results are just below standard. I went on my lunch break today to get my car washed, it took a little bit longer then usual. That’s no problem I understand to get the job done right it may take time. I stopped at gas station as soon as I left to notice my car had grey haze in several areas where it looks like it was just not cleaned as well as the undercarriage looks horrible. In the past I’ve had issues with certain things and the manager has told me “you should have got a detail” not acceptable but I understand for cakes on dirt. This is just regular dust, and paying 25 dollars for a car wash I would expect it to look a lot better.

Just paid $30 for the Manager’s Special. Took about 15 min so not sure how they did everything included in that time. Doesn’t look any different than if I paid $5 at a drive-thru car wash. I was able to wipe dirt off the rims and grill. They didn’t get any bugs off the grill. Definitely doesn’t look like they vacuumed the inside at all. Save your money and go to a $5 car wash or just do it yourself.

This is the worst place absolutely the wont. I literally had to clean my own car after getting the managers special. Car was half vacuumed, the inside was not even cleaned and little spots of wax left on my vehicle. For the prices you charge, I expected to have a clean car they didnt even clean the cup holder and the change area. I had to point out areas that were not cleaned. I took my car vehicle home and had to clean it again. If there were a less than one store I would have given that. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I definitely will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Paid $20 for a car wash/ vaccum once finished ended up vacuuming myself, some seats still had crumbs on it.

Ive been a customer here for a few years, but today was the best service Ive ever received. Mercedes personally oversaw my requests and assured me they were working on each one. Im grateful for her help in getting things done. The waiting area has been upgraded too. A nice new counter and seating have been added. Keep up the good work Car Wash Palace!

Car Wash Palace does a great job. Took them an F-350 Super Duty long bed...not the easiest or quickest truck to wash. They did an excellent job. Very personable and hard working crew.

Absolutely he worst experience ever! I got there at the very busy hour, 10 cars that were behind me got vacuumed and cleaned before mine. Fine, no problem. Then, when the clerks started cleaning my car, the carwash machine broke and I was refunded my money. So the manager, or owner (I am not sure) tells the clerks to STOP vacuuming my car because I was refunded. After waiting for 45 minutes, this is what I get? Seriously?! What happened to the customer service these days. Apparently, this place does not know what that means. It is very unfortunate since I have been coming here for the last 10 years but this will be my last time.

Always do a great job and $20 gets you an amazing wash and interior clean.

My wife and I frequent this location as we live around the corner. After a weekend of four wheeling, I brought in our Jeep to get cleaned up and waxed. I planned to spend upwards of $100 today. But after waiting in line for about ten minutes and not being greeted by anyone, a distraught looking assistant manager comes over. He walks up and just says, “I can’t send that through.” Now I’m thinking, ok it’s a little muddy, but it’s not caked on or anything. He said the issue was my fender flares. He claims that because I don’t have fenders (I do) and the wheel is completely exposed (it’s not) the brushes would get wrapped around the wheel and break the wash. We’ve brought this Jeep to this location at least a dozen times and have had no issues. We’ve taken it through countless wash bays and never had an issue.HOWEVER, I find out from my wife (it’s her primary driver) that whenever this assistant manager (didn’t catch his name but he was an older gentleman) is on duty, he always gives her a hard time. She’s never had service completely refused before, but today was the last straw. They need to either change their brushes since this hasn’t been an issue anywhere else or change their ridiculous policy. Either way, we won’t be returning.I am currently writing this from Top Dog Express a few miles east on Red Bug where the Jeep went though the wash just fine and they are currently doing a great job with the wax.Long story short, I would not recommend Car Wash Palace and would recommend Top Dog Express instead.

This place is horrible. Stay far, far, far away. They damaged my wifes carpet in her 2012 Dodge Journey. They sucked up the carpet. There was nothing wrong with it before I dropped it off as I even helped make sure their was as little as stuff in the car the night before and they sucked up a good 7 inches of carpet. The manager their Kelly or whatever is dumb and had no solution or how it could have happened so she directed me to the General Manager Michael Miller who is just as pointless to have running the place. I waited for a phone call that was suppose to come from him which never did. So I decided to reach out to him via email. Still no response from that ignorant moron. If you want to keep your car looking good and not damaged stay away from this place. Michael I told you I would make sure that word got out. This is just the beginning. Thank you for the lack of response.

The customer service was as lackluster as the job they did. I requested a full detail, was talked out of it and accepted their pick 2 that was suggested. I appreciated the lower price and accepted the offer after explaining exactly what I wanted done and being assured that was what I needed: the bugs removed with a polish and wax and my seats steam cleaned to remove a water stain. When I picked up my car the front end was still covered with bugs that I could scrape off with my fingernail. When I questioned it I was told that it was paint damage and could not be removed. The following day when my seats were dry, the water stain was clearly visible once again. I would have appreciated if someone would have assessed what I wanted done and charged me more for the proper services or explained they didnt have the ability to do what I wanted. I sent an email 3 days ago and have yet to hear back from anyone. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this business.

I regularly get my car washed here. Friendly service, good prices, and they make my car look like new! Wish they keep the coffee pot working every day. Its been a hit or miss.

Specifically went to get my interior cleaned they reccomender the manager special. It was like they didnt even clean the car. Cup holders werent cleaned specifically left the open for the to see it was like they just rushed through without a care and my carpets werent even washed or cleaned. Doubt ill be back. This place used to be good. :(

Very polite n great customer service

Got an Express detail for seats and interior for 80$. At first I thought it was a great job until I got home and saw they didnt even remove the foot inserts in the back seat to vacuum(which was one of the main reasons I decided to get my car detailed). I had to drive back across town, waste gas, and got an attitude from the teenagers working outside. As if it was my fault that the service I paid for was not done completely. I understand it was an Express service but had I known that meant sub par service I would have just paid extra to go to my dealership.

I went in to get my carpets cleaned. The the detailer did an amazing job. The van was really dirty on the inside due to the fact that it had been parked for several months. It looks phenomenal like the same as when I bought it 10 years ago phenomenal. The detailer I got years of stains out. I would recommend this place to anyone. I wish I knew the detailers name to put in the review, he was a younger blonde guy. I will be stopping by to give him a bigger tip as soon as Im back in the area.

What happened to you guys, you fell from grace! I once rated you as 5! With the upgrades youve changed with us, your patrons! Your menu has gone up $4-5.00 on each at least and you did away with the VIP club, if Im not mistaken wacky Wednesday is gone also. The vacuums are STILL messed up from Irma and customer service is on a decline, your p/t intake person took care of me better than your manager would have. Sad cause I loved this place.
