We love this location! Tammy is the best!! Everyone weve ever interacted with has been friendly and helpful! Were confident in anyone doing our labs at the Winter Park location.

Every time I go for blood work I had to wait, however, the wait wasnt that bad. I found the staff to be very courteous.

I’ve been here twice and both visits have been fantastic. Tammy did an excellent job. In the past I have dreaded getting blood drawn, but it’s been painless and easy here.

Don’t expect a quick trip. They don’t seem to go by order of arrival, instead just random selection. A pre employment drug screen has taken an hour so far.

The ladies who work the front desk here are NASTY and rude. They make you feel like your safety is at risk by how rude and unwelcoming they are. If you need to go to a labCorp I suggest that you visit a different location.

Understaffed waited 2 hours for a blood test. The lady was nice just overwhelmed.Avoid at all costs

TERRIBLE! Got there at 730am! They said employment drug screen is up to an hour. I said okay! 8:50am I ask hey? Is there a better eta? The lady says, “oh you have up to an hour wait.” I reply, “ma’am I’ve been here for an hour and 20 mins!” She says, “oh okay well the lady (Maria) has taken all the screen registrations it should be shortly.” Run out to my car as I’m handling multiple things at one time when I get the text message saying finally I’m ready to be seen! I run back upstairs 3mins later and they’ve taken someone else!!! I waited an hour and 20mins (when I’m supposed to be headed to work!) to not even be seen because the additional wait was totaling 15mins!!! Very unprofessional! Very inefficient! Very disorganized! Never again!

This labCorp site is very clean and helpful. Never needed to wait too long. Respectful employees

I don’t recommend coming in on Saturday. It was so full they had about 10 people waiting outside. A lot of angry walk ins that left after the long wait. I had an appointment and they read the test on my paperwork wrong so I was there for an hour and a half for nothing. Seems like Saturdays are just not a good day for them

They were very organized and clean environment. It took me 30 minutes max to get the drug screening done once I arrived!

Been here several times. Usually walk right in and get seen in minutes. I would avoid Saturday appointments if you can as it’s their busiest day and it’s the only open LabCorp for Saturdays currently. Even with an appointment you’ll be waiting a while on Saturday. Early weekday mornings is the best time for bloodwork. In and out.

Great experience. Fast, efficient and professional. This is a Great location. The whole team is fabulous and each of them does a great job, I strongly recommend this location.

Overall great experience walked in walked right out. Tammie the person who took my blood is amazing. Didn’t feel a thing. I have a fear of needles.

Website wouldn’t let me make a Saturday appointment. Is this because they were already all booked? Unfortunately, I waited for 2 hours until I was seen to get routine lab work. Yikes!I do appreciate the staff. Kind and great spirits in this place! Very patient!

Had a really bad experience LabCorp black and blue in both arms.

The front desk lady had a nasty attitude i made a Saturday appt but left my order paper so i was trying to call but no one was answering ... so i get their and i told her i was calling she comes out and say Well we are busy back here with other patient we dont just sit at our desk not on a Saturday she was just completely rude making noises with her mouth while talking. IF THERE GOING TO HAVE A FRONT DESK PERSON THEY NEED SOMEONE WHO IS PLEASANT WITH OTHERS NOT HAVE A ATTITUDE!

Got there right when it opened today. Was the second person to arrive for my sons testing. After reading the reviews i arrived setup to cuss someone out. HOWEVER, Employees were pleasant and all said good morning. My 11 year old was called back in less than 5 minutes. The lady, I didn’t get her name but she was so awesome. Asked if he’d had bloodwork before and I said no. She was super calm and spoke softly and got his attention off of the reason we were there. Mind you he really had no clue because I didn’t want to warn him and scare him ahead of time. But she explained it to him and let him know everything she was doing. Once it was time to put the needle in she asked him to look away while talking about movies and she got what she needed. He didn’t even flinch. He also didn’t tell me it hurt after we left. I am so thankful for her being there.

Worst place i ever been in my life, the service is rude, the people dont know what they doing, they lie about hours of operation. Avoid this location at all cost. This place is terrible. Zero stars if i could.

Making an appointment doesnt mean the same thing as it used too. Made an appointment for 8:30 am on line, nice and easy. I was not called back until 9:15 am. If this had not been work related, I would have been docked pay. The technician was efficient once I was called back. I recommend not making an appointment on a Monday the day after St. Patricks Day.

Got here at 6:25, opened promptly at 6:30.Me and another gentleman only (2) there.Checked in, and was brought back 5 mins later.All done and out of there by 6:45.

I was greeted by a smiling human who prompted me to ‘check-in’ by inserting my drivers license in the electronic check-in kiosk. Less than a minute later, I was greeted again by a nice lady who took my paperwork and told me someone would call me back shortly. Not even a minute later, my name was called and I was escorted back, had my test, and was on my way home. Excellent service, Labcorp!

Absolutely horrible. The first location I went to was absolutely disgusting dirty and the second one I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time. Absolutely no costumer service when these issues were brought to their attention. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company as well.

I scheduled an appointment online for 9am. I arrived and signed in at 8:53. The waiting room was empty (nice!). I waited for about 2 minutes for the very friendly staff to take my license & insurance card. At about 9:05 they called me in. This location has just about one of the BEST lab tech/phlebotomist that I have ever had take my blood! PAINLESS!

Great experience! Even though they had to try to fit everything in with only three employees they assessed everything perfectly with no aggravation. These employees should get a good amount of credit for their hard work! Everything was done in a short amount of time.

When they did blood work on my right one they only got one side they had to get more on left side of my arm and it really hurt

I never liked lab corp so I always choose insurances that take quest, but simply healthcare insurance switched from quest diagnostic to lab corp and I gave it a one go...nothing has changed. Bad customer service, run down offices and failed phlebotomist who dont know how to do their job properly and making mistakes, wasting patients time. You enter this location and the first thing that hits your face is the smell of urine. The front desk whatever staff that just do whatever and the ones that draw your blood look like they got hired from a junkie agency. Ugh never again.

Terrible. I understand it is not the front desk lady’s job to be all smiles and friendly but that certainly doesn’t give her the right to be extremely rude. Treated me like I was being tested to join the military. Invasive and violating. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Stay away!

AWFUL! The front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I will be contacting corporate. This place should be shut down. The sinks are duck tapped over and zip tied shut (this has to be a health code violation) how can you wash your hands. Back to the front desk lady A W F U L!!! She was rude to everyone! Don’t bother making an appointment, you will wait over an hour.

Poor service, I dont like liers. Ivy, I believe was her name, who told me she was the coordinator of operation there. I asked to speak with a manager because the lady in front desk refused my friend service after an unpaid bill that was taken care of last week and another one that was resolved. Evy or Ivy, backed her employee/coworker and lied saying it freezes there account unless its paid, instead of being honesty as well as professional simply saying (hey she has a late balance and we saw that you were here before this didnt pull up last time we will click on the other options and you can resolve this matter after with billing) cause theres no conformation needed btw. Once I came back after being on the phone with my friends billing issue, I spoke with the lady in front desk and I showed her the fine printing below the paper where it shows the screen shot of what they see on the computer stating (click continue order without pay), she knew I caught her in a lie, (it doesnt freeze the computer) she tried to act plight after which honestly made them both look bad.Being surprised with a bill that already sucks. If it was dealt differently with honesty and professionally. We would have understood, no problem my friends issue could be resolved and we take care of the matter, but to be lied to, and refused service and such a rude manor, Makes me feel bad for others in worst condition who are refused just like that for 5 bucks. I agree with a lot of these comments, some people are treated differently here at this place. Not a place I recommend and for any good employee it gives a bad rep.

Dont bother scheduling an appointment they dont actually take appointments you just get in line behind everyone else thats here. The front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful avoid labcorp if you can!! Only good thing about the place was the nice ladies taking the blood.

In case you were wondering. All of the bad reviews are true. Don’t come here. Rude people and always full. Avoid it. Take the longer drive elsewhere.

The front deck person is not pleasant at all. Had her window closed while I stead waiting instead of greeting me, so rude. I will never go back there. And shes not helpful.

Lab corp, went there for my previous screening drug test. Staff was very friendly.2nd visit very little wait time, under 5 minutes, professional staff and very easy process to have my drug screening process done.

Pregnant wife Took off work and showed up to her appointment to be told that they Wouldnt see us because it was going to run 15 min past their closing time. No apologies or effort to resolve. They blamed us for making the appointment online.

Honestly all i did was ask to be called something that wasnt my legal name... i havent been called my legal name in years... so naturally im not used to it... well then they held me for 40 minutes trying to find my insurance card i emailed themThey couldnt find it because they thought itd be under my legal name... which it wasnt...They wouldve known that if they listened to what i told them instead of blowing me offIm being forced to go to LabCorp but i will definitely not be going to that location again

In the extent possible, please choose another location. Rude personnel, apparent unprofessionalism of the employees, and lack of decorum... do not be afraid to drive more to get another location.

Staff was extremely friendly. I didnt have an appointment, but they got me in in a decent amount of time.

They are good at blood draws but 2nd story is difficult for those with mobility issues.

Don’t bother to make an appointment, they take people in order of arrival regardless of if you make an appointment or not. Waited nearly an hour for my scheduled appointments.

No matter what time you make an appointment they take you 30 to 45 minutes later. They are completely disorganized. Go to Quest Diagnostics instead.
