The woman at the showroom on Saturday, January 9, 2021 is absolutely rude. She was rude to my wife on the phone and rude to me when I showed up in the show room. Stay away from this place and go to ProSource.Update: the guys at the warehouse are very nice.

Disappointed. I have been a fairly large and regular customer of Trinity for years. I discovered today that after they were repeatedly late on a delivery of an order for me, Trinity communicates to my customer directly it was because I was behind on payment when I was infact current.

Im currently working with Trinity Surfaces. They have an excellent selection of tiles. Weve had a few issues with broken tiles showing up and ordering errors, however, Tim and Nikki at the showroom have been responsive in trying to fix all issues.

Very nice show room that offer a wide selection of beautiful floor and wall tiles.

I have to say that when all the big guys fail this business pulls it out. They have always worked hard to find exactly what I need to get the job done.
