Do not recommend for employment. Direction from management less than satisfactory. Wages are low. They require employees to be salaried even when the wage is considered below $18.00 per hour. This results in no overtime and for rules/guidelines to be bent in favor of the company and not the employee that put in the work. Can all be summed up in one word..... AVOID.

The first time I used them it took over a year to get the docs recorded right, excuses like turnover and covid...the next time BRANCH MANGER STACY UNDERWOOD had a closing HUD1 that wasnt even balanced! Then she charges an UNEEDED EXTRA INSUANCE POLICY. I will NOT use them again until they get rid of their nasty receptionists and management! Worst title company I have had to deal within over a dozen closings...by far

They don’t return calls, they don’t return emails! Paperwork is done incorrectly! This is the LAST Title Company I would ever use!

Doesnt ask for payoff until prompted on the day before closing (repeatedly); postpones closing repeatedly seemingly using any excuse to do so, such as saying they dont have the payoff when they do have it.
