I have been a patient here for probably 20 years. They are always prompt, friendly, and the hygienists do a great job! Dr. Leal is caring, relational and excellent at his craft!

When a molar tooth broke while I was eating I called their office and they worked me in within 2 days. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. I received excellent care! If you’re new to the area and looking for a dentist I would highly recommend this group!

Dr. Vic and the entire staff are absolutely the best, most professional personnel in the city! I had an emergency and Leslie in the office helped find a specialist to see me that day AND booked the appt. for me... she was extremely helpful and went the extra yards to take care of me and see to it that my issue was going to get resolved. THATS caring and professionalism you wont find anywhere else... she was the BEST and I got my tooth problem fixed.Dr. Vic and his staff is by far the BEST dental professionals you will find in the city.

I had a front tooth pulled today and temporary tooth(crown) put in . Great experience since I was nervous going in. Didn’t even feel tooth being pulled and a great friendly atmosphere. There attention to detail was obvious and was a big plus in my book. Highly recommend them.

The staff at this office have always been professional but more important they are welcoming. Dr Leal has always advised me of what my best options are amd made me feel comfortable in the process.

Dr. Johnson has been a great fit for our children’s denistry care. He is personable and makes our kids feel comfortable. One of our children partially knocked out a permanent front tooth and Dr. Johnson fixed the tooth and we are pleased with how it looks and is holding up. The dental hygienist have all been kind, helpful, and also make our kids feel at ease at their dental visits. The office staff are helpful and make phone calls, scheduling, and payment easy and quick.

Dr. Spangler and his staff are, and always have been, top notch. I have never had a less than stellar experience when visiting. Dr. Vic has a very caring nature with a friendly attitude that goes a long way with his patients. In addition, he is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and keeps up with the latest in his profession.

First time seeing Dr Leal. He was friendly and outgoing, the nicest dentist I have ever met. He explained what my problem was and what needed to be done very clearly. He took care of my problem in a very high professional way. His assistant and all other people there tops in what they do. One of the best dental practices ever!

I have been a patient here for 7 years and have been really happy with my care, so I hate to give you only 3 stars. But I was disappointed during my recent visit and I would really like the staff to reconsider their safety measures to protect their patients before I feel comfortable returning here again.First, I really like my dentist and he addressed all my concerns during this visit; the cost for a cleaning and x-rays was reasonable. Everything seemed very clean.However, I was disappointed with the lack of effort by staff to protect their patients safety and that the staff minimized my concerns about safety. A sign on the front of the office building said that masks were required upon entry. However, a patient in the waiting room was sitting unmasked, with two administrative assistants making no effort to enforce the buildings (and states) mask policy. Past the waiting room, two mechanics were repairing a dental cleaning chair and one was unmasked, though working quite closely with the second mechanic. I felt uncomfortable having my mask off for my cleaning with somebody who wasnt a patient being unmasked. I asked my dental hygienist to talk to the mechanic and she asked the mechanic to put his mask on because her patient would feel more comfortable. He responded that he had been vaccinated. After a pause, the dental hygienist again put it on me: it would make her patient feel more comfortable if you wore a mask. This was handled inappropriately by the dental hygienist: I expected her to advocate for her patients safety because of the mask mandate for the building and state of North Carolina, not because I would feel more comfortable. People need to wear a mask inside all public places and this should especially be the case inside a dentists office where patients have to remove masks for care.

Believe or not, I enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Johnson and the techs are kind and personable. The ladies who greet you are genuinely friendly and helpful. My family all are patients.

My family and I appreciate all the gentle care and concern that we have received. Ever since we have been part of this practice as patients, we have no complaints. And we have been a part of for the last past 15 plus years. We thank you so much.

I have been seeing Dr Spangler many years and I could not ask for a better dentist. He isnt just my dentist, I consider him a friend as well. He is always upbeat and ready to help anyway he can. He takes time to get to know his patients and sits down and talks to you as if you are the only patient he had. The ladies who assist are all great people as well. Occasionally I have seen Dr Leal and Johnson who are great dentist themselves but I am glad I chose Dr Spangler; I wouldnt trade him nor the office for anything. Dr Leal is a personable, caring, practical dentist. He will tell you if something needs addressing or could wait. Very professional and not punitive, both he and his staff are better than nearly all others I have encountered. It took me decades to find a dentist I like and I cant recommend him highly enough. Would give this office 10 stars if I could! I have been a patient of Dr. Leal’s since I was 5 years old. Even though I’m aging myself, he has provided me with excellent care for 33 years! Even though I haven’t lived in W-S for 8 years now, I had a dental emergency while visiting family this weekend and called to be seen. The office fit me right in within 24 hours, and I was seen by Dr. Leal! His professionalism and skill is second to none! All of the dentists and hygienists are incredibly skilled as well, and all the staff a delight! I can not recommend this office enough! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
