A massive shout out to COMPUTER DOCK for resurrecting my dead Macbook Pro. They installed a new hard drive and somehow manage to extract all my files from the old drive and transferred them to my new one. Fast and reasonably priced, thanks again!

Jason is very knowledgeable, very helpful, always makes the time to talk to you and make you feel welcome when visiting his shop. I love that he knows and works on Mac’s and not just PCs like other places. I’m in the graphic design field so when it’s time to upgrade my computer, software, printer. etc. I always stop by Computer Dock to talk to Jason to help me find what I need. I hire him to get everything installed and set up the proper way, and saves me a lot of time. And he’s local! I own a local business, If you owned a local business the last thing you want to be doing is driving out of town to get a computer fixed, or to get computer advise. My boyfriend took his laptop in when it wasn’t working, assuming the service would be good. They call back after a week saying there is nothing they can do and charge him $50. His laptop was returned in pieces and I later come to find out it was a SIMPLE fix and they are just a bunch of thieves that stole the memory card.

Excellent work and I am impressed. Exceeded expectations. Have used Geek Squad in past, long wait while they ship your machine in and overpriced! Took care of my ASUS Zenbook here, in Winona and had it returned in a couple of days with very reasonable pricing for diagnostics and repair. No need to run your machines to Rochester and Lacrosse! They let me rent a graphics card to test if mine was the problem component in my computer. After 2 days I returned their card after confirming that my 7950 was dying and they didnt even charge me.Excellent customer service and support. Cannot recommend enough.

Computer Dock is a hometown hero! After slamming my Samsung Galaxy in a cab door while traveling to Winona, I went to Computer Dock for a little assistance. By the end of the day I had upgraded to an Iphone 5s that looks/works great(and was very affordable)! It was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had switching phones.
