I absolutely love my new Winter Farm home built by Midian Home. Great responsiveness and communication all through the building process and the floor plan is so beautiful, useful, and so well thought out...And they built it so quickly, too. Truly, a wonderful home! I can’t say enough kind things about the builder. They are really one of a kind! Besides loving my new home, it is such a great neighborhood with so many kind and wonderful neighbors I so enjoy!

I love my home. Weve been in our house for a little over a year. We had an inspector come out for an 11 month inspection and he was really impressed with the quality of the build and how Midian had seemed to go above and beyond just doing things to code, but doing things right- not taking any short cuts.We were a little frustrated during the build because our timeline took longer than originally anticipated and kept getting delayed, but Midian was wonderful to work with. We closed on our house before things were fully done because of outside issues, but Midian was amazing about coming out and finishing the work, as well as with any minor issues that came up. They work really hard to make sure you are happy. I know my sister had a house built by another builder nearby and she has had the hardest time getting them to respond to any issues or items that they left out that she paid for. She also didnt get nearly as many options when it came to the design. So many options that are upgrades in other homes come standard with Midian-- thats one of the things I love about them. Their attention to detail is unmatched, in my opinion.I love the floorplan of this house and its the main reason I chose it, and I am still so happy with it and with the quality. I would definitely build with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Everything from our first walk through to closing has been a great experience. We love our home and couldn’t be happier. If you are in the market for a new build Midian should be your top choice!

If you’re looking for a new home builder, Midian is quite literally the best in the business. The quality of a Midian home surpasses all the other builders in the Northern CO area. I know because prior to making the decision, I saw other options which typically were disappointing. Some are outrageously priced and others are built so quick and use cheap materials.Biased or not, my new home which Midian built is beautiful and high quality!Midian truly made my dreams a reality! When I started looking for a new home, I never thought I would get to help design it. Not only did I get to go to the design center and show Sharis my Pinterest board I had saved for years, but I also got to make changes in the floor plan to make my home unique. I thought builders in my price range more so showed me a couple of options and I had to chose one over the other. With Midian, I literally was able to design my dream home! For example, I didn’t like the cabinet pulls I have seen so I went to Restoration Hardware and the super intendant at Midian installed them! I also didn’t love the light options so Midian allowed me to get lights from an outside source and they used those in the house during the build. It was so fun and exciting!!The team at Midian are kind, understanding, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! It was comforting knowing they had my best interest at heart and I know without a doubt they would do anything to make their buyers happy. I am so proud of my home but it never would have been possible without the care of the team at Midian. I closed in late January 2019, since then, as with any new build, I had one issue with the gutters and one issue with the sprinklers. I advised Midian and their timely response ensured me I am important to them. They fixed both in a timely manner which is so relieving!I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The owner of Midian is even present if/when needed and goes above expectations to make the home buyers feel respected and cared for.
