The installers Oleg and Victor were very personal and quite interested in conveying respect and interest in questions I had of the installation. Their personal references of family histories compared to ours was a refreshing unexpected plus to the installation. The professionalism and work ethic was evident on how well both worked together to finish the work. They took the time to respect our home and finished the final clearing up of unwanted materials. Received my install date, took the day off work, got the reminder text @5p the night before, up at 7:30 for a 8a-9a arrival...come 9:30a nobody here. Called the install line, straight to voicemail. Called the sales line, no answer. Finally got through to someone via the questions prompt that told me Nicole will call me in 30 minutes. Forty five minutes later, no call from Nicole. Back on hold for another 20 minutes (all the time hearing their advertising promising were with you every step of the way) to be told someone named Jessica will call me in 40 minutes. Jessica never called but Carmen eventually did around noon, only to tell me they only had one of my three windows. Asked when they will have the other two and she promised shed call back shortly with an update on that. Come 7p, no call from Carmen. Paid ALOT of money to get this job done right and so far theyve shown little concern for my time or this project. You might want to look into a more responsive (not to mention more reliable) contractor.

I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson. Everyone was telling me that theyre too expensive. Funny thing is that they had the best price out of four different vendors that gave me a written bid to do custom window replacement. They arrived on time and didnt cancel the original install date...(Ive had other contractors do that in the past). They did the work that I contracted for without complaining or being unprofessional. They cleaned up after themselves and took precautions on the driveway and lawn. They arrived on time!!! That is a big selling point for a solid review folks. They were also dead on accurate with the estimated time frame for completion. They two gentlemen who did the installation were highly professional and an excellent representation of Renewal by Anderson.

We were very happy with every staff member that worked with us from the beginning to end. The Sales Rep. Sue Waters was so friendly and helpful throughout the process.The man who came to take measurements went above and beyond to assist us further with questions we had on the day he came to measure and follow up on our window order. When the two window installers came, they were so polite and explained every step of what they were going to do. They worked very hard for the two days they were here and were very conscious of how their work was being done. Everything was kept as clean and neat as possible. They made sure both inside and out were spotless when they left the job. Their workmanship showed in the final completion of the job. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson with an A+ rating.

We had used this company on our first set of replacement windows all went wonderful with Andre, on the second set the same installer used his son as a helper needless to say he needs more experience before helping on the next job, they cracked our cedar siding forcing the replacement windows into place then nailed in 30 nails for whatever reason, uncalled for, I had actually been watching the install on our security camera and wondered why the kid continued hitting the siding, I found out when I came home. Called the company and the sales guy came out to inspect, said they would fix it, that was 3 Months ago, guess we will have to pay someone else to repair the damage they caused.

The only reason I provided two stars was due to the excellent installation and quality of the windows. However the finance and office staff is subpar. They are not responsive. My original contract from November 2020 was not approved by the city but Andersen still collected the money on the loan. This past August, they collected the money for the second loan and completed a small portion of the work. I am now being harassed by bill collectors for the original loan for work that I never had completed. No one from this company will give me an answer and they never canceled the loan with Power Pay. . I am harassed every day by this bill collector and Andersen will not respond to my request. . DO NOT deal with this company!!

Installation with Chris was perfect. He called to let us know when he would be at the house and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and worked hard in extreme heat. He was polite and easy to work with. Five stars!

Id stay far far away from. Poor quality of installation, didn’t care about my home and refused to reschedule due to a rainstorm and said it would be protected. Did absolutely nothing to protect my home from the rain and open window when I wasn’t home. I watched them on camera and they did zero. Then had issues with the install and blamed it on the rain. Had to come back three times to fix it over two months. But they cashed that check the same day no problem and didn’t care about my issues. All they cared about was the money and not a happy customer. Stay away do yourself a favor. Awful experience and they don’t care that it was an awful experience.

Not a very good experience. Dont feel as though I was properly informed throughout the process. No one is on the same page with each other. Sales and customer service didnt know manufacturing told installer not to drill hole in door frame to accommodate wired alarm. Cost me $297.00 for a new wireless door contact. Ordered brass hardware, door came with satin nickel. Has taken two months to get final details added. Still waiting. Prices quoted from sales person different than those from customer service. No one seems to be in a hurry to resolve issues after the sale to satisfy the customer. Only person Ive been satisfied with was Steve the installer.

I would never use them again and dont recommend them at all. I had a bay window converted to flat (pictured) for $5000. You can see in the picture where they took siding from the side of the house to put underneath the new window. My problem started with they didnt bring siding to replace what they took. For 2 months it was exposed and rained on (pictured). I had to reach out for why they didnt finish the job. Additionally, they cracked the siding they installed right under the window (pictured) and left it like that in the front of the house! When someone finally came out they determined they didnt have the right siding to replace it, so put a mismatched color on, didnt fix the front and said well call you Monday. 2 weeks later I had to call and was told oh, they dont make that siding any more, our R&D will look into it and get back to you. What kind of company takes stuff off your house without knowing they can replace it! That was 2 months ago and I suspect I wont be hearing from them. So instead of people seeing my new window they are just going to notice the messed up siding when I go to sell the house. I could have spent half the price at home depot and been twice as happy. Everyone says use them because they have great customer service. I experienced nothing of the sort. And they had the nerve to send me a personalized quote in the mail yesterday. Wed love to quote you on the rest of your windows... How about you finish the job on the first one. Seriously not worth the money spent! And you can say oh covid or whatever, but they were more than happy to take my money and do the work during covid (the install crew took good precautions).

Some friends said they werent happy with the work of another vendor, but I did some research and was really happy for choosing RENEWAL by Andersen. They are very reliable in many ways. Our old ANDERSENs windows were about more than 30 years old but they were still very solid. The new windows made the inside of the house much brighter and made me happy. I appreciate Andersens new technology.

Our experience was wonderful...Igor and Max made installation a breeze, they were considerate of our home, made sure everything was covered and cleaned everything before they left. They were a pleasure to have here.

I was warned not to work with Renewal as its supposedly nothing but price gauging and wordsy salesmen. Here I am 8 months, $28k and 6 RETURN APPOINTMENTS later for two Bay Windows that wont close. I physically have to go outside and lift the Two windows into place. The last time a specialist came by he was very nice and personable but said he just had to adjust the window with his tool. That was about a month ago and now both windows wont close yet again. On top of that the trim around the Bay Window was originally razor sharp too the point I could cut my hand open on it. They have already come back 6 times, thats three days taken off of work after the installation for a specialist too look at the issue and figure out a fix and another three other days for them to come by and actually fix things. At this point I would never recommend them, who cares about a 25 year warranty when you have to take so much time off of work.

Everyone we worked with made this process easy. They were punctual and respectful of our home when doing the installation. Definitely would use them again. Cliff was great in assisting us with choosing our door and answering all of our questions. Gilberto did our installation he did a great job couldnt even tell there had been someone doing work in the house.

Sales representative Jon was very helpful in walking us through the process and ensuring that we made the right decisions that worked with our budget. Lou, who coordinates the measuring process, also came in very handy with technical solutions that saved us a lot of money. Carpenter Kristopf and his team were very professional and did a fantastic job with the install including the finishing. We absolutely love the windows and door. The drafts we used to experience are now gone and the house is more comfortable. The only thing I would advice a family member is the cost is on a higher end but Im hoping that Ill get the value of the higher cost over the life time of the windows.

I have a 10 bay window that was over 30 years old, It was professionally replace and it is beautiful.I previously had another professional window company come by and he tell me it could not be done. I would need down the size of the window. It was the original size of the window and I did not wish to downsize it. I know my understands were extremely professional my only concern that they have installment late cancel Due to possible rain give me a very late notice. Which was quickly resolved. We had (23) 100 year old windows that needed to be replaced on our 1920s home. They were drafty and not very energy efficient in the summer months as well as the winter, aside from the point that some were cracked and could not be open at all. I gave renewals by Andersen a call, they connected me with Silas Hart who made everything come together for us seamlessly. He came right out measured and went over my options. Silas was very experienced and made the process very simple. I felt he had my best interests at heart. He gave me a few different quotes based on shape, layout and size of the new windows. I will definitely use Silas again for my next window needs and recommend him to friends and family. We had such great customer service with Southern New England Windows the contractors that installed and replaced our windows, fast, precise and on schedule! (23 Black Double Hung Windows)

Renewal by Anderson are extremely expensive. A couple years ago they my then 89 year old mother called for a quote on a sliding glass door. Before I knew it she bought the it. For $5,000! I got a quote for half that after I found out. The first contractor did a lousy job. I had a Manager look at work, he agreed and a different contractor had redo the whole project. Anderson was was good about that.I posting this now because Im tired of seeing the misleading ads on t.v. Dont get me wrong, Anderson windows and doors are a great product. When I built my house I used all Anderson. After 22 years they are like new.In their ads claim to cut out the middle man. They are the middle man. They hire local contractors to do the work. Its not Anderson employees doing the work. And the ads demean the local contractors/customers that use their brand.Advice if you are looking to get new windows or doors is get a quote from Anderson because they will be the most expensive. Then contact local contractors and compare quotes..

They left unfinished trim and the trim didnt match the house. They had to come back and fix it. It was a large window. 7500 I was disappointed in the install. The custom window looks good.

We paid a lot of money for this job, I do not feel what was promised to us was provided with the install process. We had a question about the bathroom windows and the trim work. I contacted a sales manager via phone and email and still have not heard back. We spoke to our original salesperson, Silas, and he helped explain things, but we are overall not pleased with the look of the windows that were installed and the amount of glass lost.

The installation crew was very clean and very professional. Im a contractor myself and I am very picky. They met all my expectations.

As soon as our installer arrived I knew I was in for a different kind of experience. After introducing himself as Ewald, and respecting all Covid disciplines, he proceeded to set up his working jigs and materials on our back deck. Once he evaluated the existing door and surroundings he began to disassemble it. As soon as the door was removed it became evident that the previous installer had taken several short cuts to complete the job. Ewald informed me of the matter and assured me that he had all the materials on his truck and that he could and would make the necessary adjustments. He did exactly that, and then some. With the precision of a craftsman, I watched him disassemble the old door, make all necessary adjustments and install the new door, educating me at each stage of the job. The fit was perfect. My wife and I are so pleased with the results. Ewald treated this job as if it were on his own home. Need less to say, It is greatly appreciated. My wife and I, both, recommend Renewal by Anderson for any home project they may assist you with...you will not regret it...

You are more than welcome to share my feedback. If you are ordering doors be advised it takes weeks and weeks for installation; and an additional time for fixing any problems. I ordered my front doors August 12th - it is now October 7th and I have yet to receive a call when they will be installed. Also my back slider needed to be fixed. Additional parts were ordered September 17th; again no call as to when the problem will be fixed.

Silas, our rep was great and the installation process with Southern New England was flawless! Cant wait to finish our kitchen so the rest of the windows can be installed!

My installer arrived at the designated time frame, had his mask, called prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way, and informed me of a couple issues that he resolved for the installation. He was very friendly, professional and didnt leave any trash.

Company gave quote took our deposit and money from bank then increased quote by over $7000 and said salesperson made mistake when we said nevermind then they wont return phone calls or return our money.

Though product is excellent, the top bar of the lower sash is the color of the interior of the window and does not match the color facing outward, if a different color than white is chosen for the exterior of the windows. When the window is raised the white bar stands out like a sore thumb against the rest of the exterior window color.
