Jon, Kyle, and Max were responsive and able to provide insights and recommendations to bring our dream wedding to life. They followed up regularly to confirm details and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. They are our first call whenever we host any type of event!

Can’t say enough good things about Access. I needed a tent, tables and chairs for a birthday party. They showed up on time, setup everything exactly how we wanted. The day after the party, they showed up, took everything away swiftly. Couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely call access tent the next time I need any party supplies.

I worked with Kyle at Access Tent for a small wedding ceremony at my home. He was fantastic as well as everyone else at the company. I was slightly disappointed to see that rain was pooling in the top of the tent and that there was some dirt on the inside, so I shared that with Kyle. He came out himself to clean the tent personally (he also offered a brand new tent but it wasnt necessary), and cleared out all of the water. The guys that set up the tent were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable with them at my home. Overall a great experience and I will recommend them to friends and use them in the future.

We have worked with Jon and his team for more events than I could count and have never had anything but an A+ experience. Jon, and any of his staff that we have dealt with, always have a fantastic attitude about anout curve balls thrown their way due to weather or other factors. I also truly appreciate their honesty, they will tell me when something is not a good idea and will provide alternative solutions, always being mindful of budgets. He has beautiful products that he meticulously maintains. Access Tent is a gem, small company feel and attention to customer service with the capabilities of any of the larger providers.

We worked with All Access for our August 2019 wedding. We communicated with Kyle and he was great. They didnt try to oversell us on unnecessary add-ons and their pricing was very fair. They were familiar with our wedding venue and Kyle knew the exact tent that would work best in the space. The sailcloth tent itself was beautiful and was a wonderful enhancement to our day.

Kyle and the staff at Access Tent were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, communicative, and friendly. I also found their prices to be more reasonable than other tent rental companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.
