I had a terrible experience at the Windham lab. I had a very rude lab worker. I waited 15 minutes at check in and no one was there to sign in. No signage to put your name , no sign saying “have a seat be with you shortly” , out of service kiosk machine etc.... I knocked on the lab door and approximately 10 minutes later a lab worker came out and stated” are you the one that knocked on the door?” “ I am the only one here and I’m in the back” ...... She was so inappropriate! I explained my situation and she proceeded to rudely state that it was “Common sense” to sit and wait!!!! ......I will never go there again , had a choice Quest labs or them I now choose Quest!This was my first time at this lab. If people are miserable in there job go get a new one!!I am an RN and have lots of “common sense”. Oh and I was the Performance Improvement coordinator in my facility and could advise this lab and staff tech on patient/ client appropriate interactions !!

Had a remarkable experience at this location, Amber went over and above to get the lab tests done. She was very patient, polite and professional and was a calming voice during a stressful time. So thankful she was there and able to assist.

I give this location a solid 4. At first the phone wasn’t picking up and I was confused but after 20 minutes I was able to call again and get through. Check in was extremely convenient. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and answered all my questions. She guided me through my appointment and I was in and out in less than a half an hour.

Just want to say that the Australian woman (Alex?) who works at Windham LabCorp is the BEST ever she is always super pleasant and is the gentlest needle sticker around! Thank you!

I was going in to get a blood test done for my arm. The two lab woman who work here are extremely rude. One of them, the one with black hair and glasses looked at me with a nasty gaze and said “I’ll be with you when I can.” what the hell kind of customer service is that? I walked out and went to Quest down the street instead.

Windham location is much better than the others in the area! Michelle went above and beyond to make sure this location had the supplies needed for my very specific bloodwork. Ive been here multiple times and both she and Andrew have done an amazing job with my difficult blood draws. One stick every time! Great attention to detail! Thank you!!

Andrew was very professional and accommodating. He is very experienced and was able to get in on the first stick. I would definitely recommend!

Wait was quick but the woman with black hair who drew the labs seem kinda mean and rude. My arm seems more sore than it usually does after getting my blood done even getting it done was painful didn’t ask if I was ok when I cried out in pain a little.

The man who did my blood work was so quick and painless, it was the first time I didnt get very light headed or pass out. He was good. But Im writing this mostly about the woman i checked in with. She was so incredibly rude I nearly cried in the waiting room. Definitely not okay. Let me tell you I was terrified for these people to take my blood ..

I just called here at 7:45 Dec 2 2018 and the man on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Please consider retraining this individual immediately.

Testing results took 7+ days for both regular blood tests & COVD

All Staff is very rude everytime i go and I see it to other patients as well for 0 reason.
