I arrived at TireMax with one nail in a tire, but had two removed. I have no doubt the guy put the additional nail in my tire. When I questioned his honesty, he had nothing to say. Stay away!

Bought a replacement tire a few months back.. ..a couple of days ago I had to take it out from the trunk and it was deflated. Managed to drive to a near gas station to put air on it and it keeps deflating. Definitely NOT going back to that place👎👎

They broke 2 of my tire pressure monitoring sensors. Now I have a light on my dash, will have to pay an outragous amount for new ones, and will then have to pay a dealership to flash the car. Not worth the money I saved on tires. Do yourself a favor and pay someone to do it right the first time.

They had me back on the road in 10 minutes maybe less. I pulled up asked if they could plug a tire that had a nail in it and how much and how long it would take. She said follow me. Went back outside and told me to move my car up close. A guy came out and done the plug and off I go

I bought a tire from them and two days later it went flat. I came to find out that these guys bent my rim when taking of my tire, then made me pay for their mistake. Just be careful and watch them closely.

Bought rims and tires here. Didnt do them on the day we scheduled and didnt call me back. Once they did it They didnt balence the tires so my steering wheel shakes and they “dont know how to fix it”. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend. Wont go back

I bought 4 used tires last month, and went back 10 days later, because one had knots in it. Made me pay for another tire and 2 weeks later this tire comes apart. Never again will I get a tire from this place!! Will stick to my Athens guys.

This place is awful! Didnt even balance my tires, had to come back... One of my tires had a hole in it they wouldnt patch it. And the woman was very rude I wouldnt suggest going there!

They said 35 on the phone for 2 tires each and then 40 dollars and the tires had worst tread on it then the ones that was replace. So the used tire i got was bald

They did a flat tire, and next day tire.was leaking air where they patched, and charged me $5 more then other tire shops, when i asked up front how much, they told me all depends.. no rate up front. Il have to go back and have them redoing the flat :(

If i could put no stars i would they sold us a tire that was suppose to be new about 3 weeks later it went flat we check the tire for a hole and found a large plug in the tire, so they sold us a used tire with a plug that another place said the hole was to large for them to try to pull that plug and put another one in i wouldnt recommend going here!!!
