They just dont care theyll learn this is the USA this isnt Bosnia theyll learn how to treat people sooner or later

Worked 2 weeks as their maintenance man in Athens GA ended up leaving after reading reviews about them. Anyway started feb 22nd 2021 and still havent been paid; its march 19th

I took them to court and won a $3,000 settlement I never received it. the wife came to court in behalf of him. They didnt pay me for 2 months. If a company hires you in one day this should be a big red flag. They dont own any of their trucks so you cant put liens on any of them. All the trucks have safety hazards and if you get pulled into a weight station it will affect your driving record. I dont understand how this company is still in business. This happened to me almost 4 years ago. They said their money was stuck in factoring. I still get messages from other drivers wanting to me to join a class action lawsuit. Believe all the negative reviews. Someone is seriously going to physically hurt these people one day and I cant wait.

My father has been employed by this company for a few years now. The people at EMBA are supportive of personal goals inside & outside of the workplace. Culture is family-focused, driven to include, and encourage. Challenging work; its fast-paced, but everyone is there to support you. One Team, One Platform. He is always on top of all of his paperwork and very punctual with the loads he takes on. He states he never had any issues and is appaled by some of these negative reviews.

SHADY COMPANY!!! No Authority and completely Fly by Night. Double Brokering without Authority and all DOCUMENTS are Fake.

Worked with EMBA Transportation for small business work for four years now. They hold to good family values that they try to incorporate to their partners, which I do value. It takes time to get to know someone. I hope we will continue our business for years to come. Thanks

Thank You, Thank you, Thank you, Finally a company that walks the walk. I understand you have to be tough it took me a minute to get used to it, but if you follow the rules and regulations you will end up on top. All these drivers complaining, I bet you didnt do your job. I got to do something more then just sit in the truck and hold the wheel, you got to do what us professional drivers do which is the job, do your pre trip, do your reports, do your logs as they go over everything in orientation. Merisa is very detailed but if you dont listen and you think you know everything then you cant do your job, and you shouldnt be driving, giving us hard working drivers a bad name and bad rep. Merisa keep it up you are the best.

Dont go anywhere near these crooks. These are the foreigners that everyone warn us about. They ran their debts up, stopped paying on their insurances and took incredible risks that harmed many, many innocent people, including me. I will update this review when they recompense their wrongs their negligence caused.

I’ve heard a few less than flattering comments about EMBA and my sister in-law told me they are in bankruptcy and now have signed under the company she works for Universal Logistics to keep scamming. Definitely Stay away!

BEST in Business, you want to make money, call them they know what they are doing. I been with them for 5 years, never going anywhere else. I read some these reviews and they are a complete BS story telling, bc you mad you cant get another job cuz you screwed over too many companies and its coming to hunt you down. DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE so you can get whats yours. stop spreading lies just cuz you mad and stupid to do your job. They do their part if you do yours.

All these good reviews isn’t adding up and they are telling on themselves, like why would frank johnson work for this company on and off? in another “good rated”review one person said that this is a small trucking company if you look at the trucking industry right now they are in demand of truck drivers and some of them are run their businesses the cheap way to save on the cost especially small companies and is very risky if you care about your license, my example being I have complained and express my concerns to merisa Koran about tires, safety equipment ,tags and title, fire extinguisher, and the little stuff that if you get pulled over by DOT you’ll get fines for and points off your CDL and these concerns do reflect on my pre trip and post trip inspections she has not intended to these faults with urgency also they didn’t even have an ELD nor manual logbook required in every truck. I’m professional becuase I’ve worked for a top tier company,”ABF Freight” and everyone in the trucking industry knows that they are one of the best, well respected , experienced, and most professionally ran trucking companies in the industry, right there with UPS and Fed Ex and in addition they are a union trucking company. likewise I was a truck driver in the army. Therefore, I know what I’m doing and do my job with integrity. Likewise if you look up EMBA Transportation reviews and pay attention to the bad reviews you’ll see that those stories are consistent with each other as well as with my review and the other bad rated reviews on here. For instance, how once I quit and posted this review on here Merisa threatened me to delete this post and got mad and decided not to pay me for the loads I delivered safely and on time and hasn’t answered my texts nor calls about my paycheck for these loads and not to mentioned that most of these good and great reviews are from family members or friends that operate the business or operate within the business like with merisa again she only put a 5 star review without any comments and we all know that any time any bad rated reviews are posted that the business will use employees of their likings to post good and great reviews to keep their ratings up and business advertising. I write this review in hopes that this company will run its business professionally and with integrity one day as well as to prevent other innocent people from getting screwed over and for the company to pay me for the loads that they didn’t pay me for for I have communicated very well with the dispatchers, merisa the manager, and freight brokers sending them the BOLs, updating them in my progress with every load, as well as fuel situation and etc; and have been a very patient internal customer(employee) as far as giving them a chance to address the safety and legal concerns about their trucks and how their business is ran and couldn’t take the risk of me getting a ticket and points off my license.

If 10 Stars was available I would select that. This company has been nothing but helpful. For all you out there that are complaining. Did you ask yourself what you did wrong???? DID You do your part, or you expect something for nothing. I have been in the office when these drivers come off the road, dont have paperwork, dont turn in originals, dont do pre trip inspection, and expect to be paid. Well I would like not to do my job and get paid, not how the world works. For all you calling them scammers, you the one wanting to scam the company bc you used to that. just because you dont do your part and dont get what u thing u should without doing the job right dont expect nothing in return. they just paying you for the nothing you did which is nothing. I have been with them for 7 years on and off, when another company screws me over. My goal is to be an owner op they dont have that option yet, that why I have tried other companies but they are always my safe fall back. Very friendly there to help, never let me down once. there is always ups and downs just like the industry but their professional approach to everything is rare and very much appreciated, THANK YOU ALL for the hard work. APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH. And all you complainers do your damn job right so they can do theirs.

Emba Corp will lie to you in a heartbeat. Dont trust them or the cars they sale and fix. They have a car sales company called A to Z motors and a repair company called CTRC. I didnt know these companies were run by the same family and bought a piece of junk!

I was robbed of $2400 of pay from this company. EMBA Corp refuses to pay me now for 4 weeks. Im now left with $100 to my name and even lost my apartment. Ive been calling and texting the owner of the company Marisa Kocan and all she do is lie to me or does not respond. Stay far away from these crooks! I also wanna point out that the other 3 positive reviews all run the company! Dino Selimovic, Ajdin Salihovic, and Merisa Kocan! I will continue everyday to warn people on social media about this company until im paid!
