Came in here to look around.. asked about a price and they pulled out a book and told ME to look for the price... aren’t y’all a business? Aren’t you supposed to learn the prices? Cater to the customer? I’m just going to take my business to the good shop down the road. SMH.

Go anywhere else. Everything is overpriced, and they dont have anything decent anymore. Theyll also lie to you about flavors and tell you this taste like orange but it really tastes like cotton candy and is nasty.

(Sp) Opal was so helpful! My vape had been leaking. I went to 4 other vape shops trying to figure out why. She asked a few questions & figured out my coil required me to use a higher setting or the juice wouldnt burn so it left it just sitting to wait to leak out! She showed me a coil I could use instead at the lower setting I prefer! Opal thank you for knowing your product & I will definitely be back!!

Great staff! Always friendly. They are very knowledgeable. New to vaping and they have helped me with a lot. Their in house flavors are great. The customers are also helpful in there. I highly recommend this place if you are into vaping or just starting like myself.

I walked in and I immediately felt so welcome! Its bright and open and they all gave off positive vibes. They asked what I was looking for because I was obviously so lost. I described it a little bit, just a few characteristics, and they knew exactly what I needed!They were so helpful and explained everything simply and easily! Ive been smoking for 6 years, and they really helped me out.

The customer service is great, I feel like royalty every time I visit. They are knowledgeable about the product they sell and make great suggestion on juices if youre not sure on what to try. They dont try to pressure you into buying anything, so you can browse at your leisure and get a better idea of what your wanting. It is worth checking out if you had any bad experience else where.

Never had a problem, here, only vape shop Id recomend,prices are fair and services are done fast, and the staff, now I believe are Brandy, and Opel, who I have seen there for years.I dont go in very often but I would recommend this vape shop over any of the others Ive been in a few and very rarely bought anyting, please keep them open believe me, they have great deals on their products and we will definitely help you in any way.

This is the best shop ever! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their house line of juices are delicious and they have a great selection of premium juice as well. Epic is a great community atmosphere that is always welcoming and helpful.

New to the world of vape and boy, did I have the questions. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I knew how to set everything up and be able to kick the cigarette habit. Had issue with product out of the box and they bent over backwards to make sure all was well. I wish more businesses took their approach of good common sense in dealing with and maintaining customer satisfaction. Absolutely the best.

Dude!!! Thank you...... Ive never had a customer service experience like that. Brian, the lady working there, and even the guys hanging out at the counter were so nice. Brian explained, and told me everything I needed to know about what I was getting. Did not rush me, didnt make me feel like I was a bother to them asking dumb questions. Businesses should go take lessons from them. They have a customer for life, and everyone I can tell about them I will.

Ive been to the shop twice now on the recommendation of a buddy from work and my wife once. Their menthol and strawberry custard house juices are the best Ive tried (vaping 50/50 tried 6 9 and 12 mg) and Im really picky about my menthol. The service is quick and the staff is very helpful. As for the clouds in shop, I wouldnt have thought to try the strawberry custard otherwise :D

I would not recommend this vape store to anyone. My first and only time I went into this store I was extremely uncomfortable. The employee and his friends (I assume) who were just hanging out just stared me down the ENTIRE time I was there. When I was finally assisted they seemed as if I was bothering them. I came to the store to see if they could fix my vape. The employee used a pair of pliers to try and remove my coil and ended up shattering my glass and was told I had to pay for a new one. I would drive 20 miles out of my way just to not spend money at this store. Be careful females these guys are pigs.

I must say this is the best shop by far, knowledgeable staff, great selection of product, its the Cheers of vape stores they know your name and remember what you vape.

Honestly when it comes to a place where you quitting smoking is more important than you having the next coolest thing then this is the place. They arent going to sell you a mech mod when all you need is a suorin drop or a mini tank series. Very comforting homely feeling wish they had more of a selection for RDAs and tanks but what they do have is solid necessities for vaping.

Epic Vapes is the best place in Winder. After trying three vapes stores, this one has stuck with me. They are very professional, friendly & welcoming to their customers. They do not talk you into buying a product that really isnt all that great. They took their time to figure out why my coil wasnt working in my Resa Stick tank, aftering figuring it out they replaced the coil for the one that works great in it. They were also kind enough to give me a glass for free after i broke the original one to it. I will be going back to buy the Falcon tank in a week. They have amazing prices that you cant beat anywhere else.

I have been in several vape shops in metropolitan Atlanta and this one is not the biggest I can tell you that. Although they have a super staff always on call to serve your every need you have a very nice young lady and several very very intelligent gentleman also the lady is very intelligent.... LOL I never think about going anywhere else because theyre closed theyre friendly and theyve been so much help to me as a beginner theyve helped me with several problems time to time and never asked for a penny. I love how light weight it is. Its easy to use, not confusing or too high tech. AnywayMy mod had issues and I went to Epic vapes to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they had to refer me to the manufacturer to do a warranty replacement for the issue.I contacted the manufacturer and was asked by their customer service if I could fix the issue myself being that it was out of warranty. ( i was 6 days shy of 6 months and the warranty is 6 months. It was still under warranty UGH!!!!)Long story short they ( the manufacturer, who btw is in China) finally said they would replace it and asked for my information.Fast forward 6 weeks to today 12/19I returned to Epic vapes and they asked if they could assist me in getting the replacement. I was shocked they asled me if they coild help me ?!Yes. Please!!!!I am happy to say that the staff helped me replace my mod. ( I even added a new tank at an amazing price. Like I said above their prices are the best around. )If I was able to do more reviews or give a higher rating I would. If you live within reasonable driving distance to them I highly suggest yall go visit my new favorite store for all your vape needs.THANK YOU BRANDY you made my frustrating day change.

For starters, the atmosphere is welcoming and awesome! The people and staff are friendly and I can sit and talk with the staff for hours. I havent met most of the staff, but Brian and Brandi are total awesome and will help you with anything and everything you need. They can answer almost any question, and if they dont know the answer, they will find out. Their passion for customer service is above and beyond. The juice selection is crazy! They have an entire wall full of premium juices and an entire arsenal of house blend juices. Dont even get me started on their Skittles juice! Now about the mods. Oodles and oodles of mods to choose from. Tanks, rdas, you name it! Long story short, for vapers and/or for people who are thinking about quitting smoking, this is the place to go. They will have what you need and explain how to use your new device. This is by far the best vape store Ive ever been to. They truly live up to there name as being EPIC!

Whats there to say about epic? Knowledgeable staff thats friendly and pretty able to help you out. They switch up the layout a bit but they usually have stuff to do and you can chill and hang out with them. Theres usually people playing Xbox or watching tv. Last time I played some fortnite. Brian usually helps me out and has even custom ordered stuff I needed before. Most vape shops dont bother. Their house juices are the best Ive tried. All in all this is my preferred shop when Im in town.

I now call this my Vape shop home because they constantly keep good products (devices,juices, accessories, etc.) at the BEST prices you can find at ANY local vape shop. The staff is not only very knowledgeable but they have always made me feel like I am important and part of the family. Brian and Brandy are amazing staff members, honestly, they all are.
