Jerry came out to my place and did a free estimate as to replacing my 9 year old PC. He suggested I purchase a re-fabricated PC, much more inexpensive than what I originally intended to purchase. After I purchased this PC and a new printer, Scott, Jerrys Assistant, did some preliminary work at their office which saved me time and money as compared if he did the same work at my home. My PC hard drive died due to a mechanical problem. I called Shared Knowledge Tech Solutions based upon on-line reviews, and I now concur with those reviews. They quickly responded and analyzed the problem and then installed a new drive using my restore disks without delay. They then restored the machine back to where it was before the crash, using my external backup drive. They kept me fully informed of the status during this process and I dont think I lost any of my docs & photos. They also offered good advice to avoid future problems. The price for this work was certainly reasonable. I was very impressed with Jerry & Scott and highly recommend their company! If I have another computer problem, I will definitely use their services.

I contacted Jerry with an inquiry about ISPs in Winchester, VA. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest, I feel that Jerry went out of his way to assist me. SKTS is a very caring company, they really want to do the right thing for their clients. They LOVE explaining to their clients what is going on, and how to do things better. I have used them several times, like when computer gets sluggish, or other issues, such as help with devices that interact with the internet or the cloud. They even repaired a cell phone!

2019 update on Jerry. Jerry continues to be my IT support person. He never fails me with all of my IT needs and his ability to pull from his IT knowledge to fix my dilemma. On March 15th, I called uncle on my computer and started the process of getting a new one. I was down to one USB port and it was till under warranty.
