Computer crashed and they assessed it quickly, took it in to be repaired and were reasonable in their charges. What else could you ask for?

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had last week. My wife’s computer needed repair. Walter and Bradley took one look at it and said it would cost to much to repair. (One of hinges had snapped). They assisted me in locating a new computer and then I returned with the new computer, they transferred all the data from the old to the new computer. Would have given 0 stars. I brought my mac because my keyboard and mousepad stopped working. I got it back after 1 MONTH, AND they did not fix any of the issues and destroyed the functionality of one of the macs usb port. THEN, they had the audacity to try and charge ME! I had to show evidence, and then they backed off! Do not try to contact me unless you are willing to give me an all new macbook >:(. This case was a while ago.Edit: Now, after 3 years, though I am still against their lack of handling from back then, I appreciate how accommodating Walter was in offering solutions. He is an expert. But, the wait time was horrible, and the results did not please me.
