Fantastic customer service when booking with Violet. She provided all the information we needed, responded to calls promptly. Her setup guys couldnt have been nicer and showed us how to work the inflatable slide and machines rented. Well definitely be renting from Funtime again.

I have worked with Mrs Violet on several events over the years. She is a true pleasure to work with and her staff is efficient and excellent. There is no other inflatables company I would call for my events. She has taken great care and over delivered in every way. She’s kind, and cares a lot about making a great impression. She even gave us water bottles at the last event we did. Love Funtime!

So I have worked with tons of inflatable companies from across the state and by far Violet with Funtime Inflatables was the best experience I ever had. She was on time, great with communication, safety for the children, and prices were great. Definitely have found the inflatable company I am going to be booking from here on out, wish I would have found them sooner.

The guys set up for us in the rain. We rented the fire house/truck wet slide for the grand kids (6) The kids never left the slide through pouring rain. (no lightening) It was the best time. Great memories. Great team. HIGHLY recommend.

The tropical bounce house/ water slide was a HUGE hit! The slide portion was very fast and the kids were entertained for hours! Service was amazing! They delivered it first thing in the morning even though the party wasn’t until 2, so the birthday boy and his brother had tons of fun even before the party began! They weren’t able to pickup that evening, but let us keep it over night and into the next morning! I will definitely be contacting Funtime inflatables again for my next party!

5 stars! Ms. Violet was very professional and kind. She and her team kept us updated about timing during the entire set up and breakdown process. They provided guidance operating the inflatables as well and even let us keep the inflatable for another day at no charge! My husband has been sick in the hospital for some time now and my three year olds birthday occurred during his hospital stay. We were not able to put together a real birthday party due to the circumstances, as we usually would. Ms. Violet was not asked but saw a need in the community and so kindly volunteered her inflatable to us so that our daughter could have some smiles and laughs for her 3rd birthday. I am SO grateful for kind people and companies who bless people in this way. In what has been a very hard couple of months, my daughter had the time of her life on this day. I hope you will please consider their kindness amd thoughtfulness should you need an inflatable in the future.

I’m very unhappy with Fowler’s Funflatables…. I booked the Jurassic park bounce house for my sons birthday party on may 29, 2021. I ordered the bounce house a few weeks before the party, and confirmed it the night before. The night before the party, I asked what time it would be deliver. The owner said she was just making a delivery schedule but assured me that the bounce house would be delivered before the party. On Saturday, around 10:30am I told the owner we may move the party up because of the threat of afternoon summer showers, to which she replied they have a very tight schedule since it’s a holiday weekend and they are getting units out as quick as possible. I told her “no worries, I’m sure everyone is in the same boat.” At 2:45pm, I texted again asking what the ETA is for the unit, she replied “on the way now.” The party was from 3-5pm. By 4:00 there was still no bounce house, so my brother called the owner and she explained they were very busy and offered a discount for being late. By 4:45pm, fifteen minutes before the party ends, I receive a call from a crew member informing me that they are still 30 minutes away and asking if I wanted to cancel. By this point, the party was almost over and I said yes. All of the kids were so disappointed and kept asking when the bounce house was coming.Here’s my issue: I know it was a holiday weekend, but I gave the owner MULTIPLE chances to tell me that they couldn’t handle my order, hours before the party and the night before. Calling and asking if I wanted to cancel at the last minute was very rude and unprofessional. I have plenty of options for bounce house vendors and I will not be using this one again. If your kids are looking forward to a bounce house, I wouldn’t count on this company!!

Bad communication, almost 3 hours late delivering and practically ruined a kid’s birthday party-sounds like others had great experiences so hopefully things have improved in the last month.

Attended a party with an inflatable from this company, while the inflatable itself was in working condition, it arrived late so the kids weren’t able to play long, and the owner said it was due to traffic, and also to staffing shortages, and a couple other excuses depending who asked but either way, it was suppose to arrive between 8-9am and arrived at 12, when the party was coming to a close.. big disappointment for the kiddos.

Would not recommend-try getting ahold of them the day of your party if it’s 3 hours late and you have 15 sad 6 year olds standing in your front yard with nothing to do.

Rented a water slide/jump house for the kiddos and they loved it. Will definitely be calling on Funtime Inflatables in the future!

Love Funtime Inflatables! Wonderful people who are always on time. Definitely enjoyed the water slide for the kiddos when the weather was warm. They also have a margarita machine we were able to get for our Mother’s Day gathering which ultimately brightened the party! There’s fun for everyone! Highly recommend.

Ive used Funtime Inflatables a couple of times and every time they are on time and very professional! My two year old LOVED the pirate ship and for his third birthday party we used one of the water slides and it was a perfect cool down for a summer birthday! Highly recommend checking them out!

Funtime Inflatables indeed! These guys are SO MUCH more than just inflatables! Yes, they have an ARRAY of great inflatables for all ages, from Bounce Castles to Velcro Walls! But they offer SO MUCH MORE! Just to name a few of the great items we were able to use for our event... Dunk Tank; Giant Jenga; Giant Lawn Bowling; Baseball Practice Yard; Basketball Hoops Game; Popcorn Machine; Cotton Candy... Need I say more? Violet (the owner) knows what it takes to make kids (and adults!) happy and SHE HAS IT! Her staff are well trained in safety protocols, respectful and amazingly helpful! We got a bouncy house from Funtime Inflatables for both of our daughters birthday parties. The owner Violet is so easy to work with. The bouncy house was very clean and in pristine condition. Violet made sure the bouncy house was securely tied down to ensure safety. She even supplied balls for the basketball hoop inside the bouncy house. All the kids had a wonderful time! I highly recommend Funtime Inflatables -- they have a HUGE selection of houses and other fun items to choose from!!

We got the screamer for memorial day weekend, and it was awesome. My kids and some of our adult friends and family jumped right in. The price was reasonable, and they were very quick to set up and break down. Definitely using them again for our next wet and wild adventure.

What a wonderful experience! Violet was so easy to work with - so friendly, professional and flexible. You dont often have such amazing customer service these days; I wasnt prepared for her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. Summer time party planning in Wilmington runs the risk of thunderstorms and Violet was very prepared to deal with that if we had a bad day. Fortunately, we had a beautiful day and the inflatable slip and slide and sno-cone machine were the center-attraction for our end-of-summer party. Kids and adults alike had a BLAST on this awesome slide! It went up in minutes and we never had a problem with the slide, air compressor, or ice crusher. Thank you, Violet and company! We will certainly be renting from you again in the future - our friends have decided we need to do this annually! ;)

We used Funtime Inflatables NC for our sons 7th Birthday Party this past weekend. Violet, the owner, was very accommodating and had great suggestions for how we could make our sons party more fun for the kids. We ended up throwing the best birthday party any of our kids have ever been to mostly on the strength of what Funtime Inflatables provided - two bounce houses and popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones.My favorite part was that I didnt really have to do the normal birthday insanity stuff. They showed up, got everything in place before the guests arrived, and the party pretty much ran itself. My wife and I were able to actually sit back and socialize - which is almost unheard of if youve ever thrown a kids party. Thanks again to Funtime Inflatables for making this the best (and easiest) birthday party yet.
