Excellent service. Only provider in Zebulon NC rural area was AT&T DSL (not offered to new clients) I was left without internet service. Fortunately Cloudwyze started their internet service in this area. I cant complain. Internet service is stable and for the price is great! If theres any issues tech support responds quickly.

The service was finally hooked up. Unfortunately the service techs just show up at your house without notification. The service is spotty at best. I have tried contacting their “award winning” customer service per their telephone number listed. As a customer you have to leave a message and someone will call you back. I left a message and two days later I received an email stating a representative will contact me. This has yet to happen. Now my service is completely out once again.I am a new customer and they have given me a month free due to miss start up promise dates. I feel like this service and customer service is on par for the missed promise dates. I don’t think I’ll be keeping this service. Now I’ll have holes to repair on the side of my house from their antenna mount. It would take a Christmas miracle for me to move forward with this company.Hopefully a representative will contact me to come get their equipment through this review. Because I can’t get ahold of anyone.

Our business switched from an IT company in Raleigh to Cloudwyze seven months ago and we couldnt be happier. Every staff member has been extremely nice and professional. When we had IT issues with our previous company it would take hours to days to get a response and get an issue resolved but with Cloudwyze we get a response and sometimes a resolution within minutes to hours. We have had CloudWyze internet service for 2+ years and its been great. Never an issue accessing the internet. The phone service has worked well too.
