This is hands down the best value in hand washing/detailing in town. I dont know how they turn a profit. You get in line, and no less than five different people work on your car in different stages. It is a combination of hand detailing and tunnel wash. I have always been satisfied with their work. The Works is the best value, slightly north of $20. Highly recommended - and remember to tip the final detailer who hands the car off to you!

I took my truck there today about an hour before closing and it is obvious that they were about to get off work because my backseat still has dog hair all over the back seats of it and on the back of the front seats. See pictures for proof. Not worth $20 at all!

So its 15.50 for a full wash. So worth it. I tip 7 to $10. The car looks fabulous! The employees who wipe down the interior and exterior of the car just take their time and my old Kia is so beautiful now!

Very nice they do a good job and if they missed something let them know! They are friendly. 4 stars because only one time they did not vacuum my car well but maybe the vac just needed to be emptied.

Love this place. Used to go to Cruisers, but it was hit or miss. I can count on Mr. Sudzys to be excellent every time. The woman who runs the booth is GREAT! So friendly and sweet. If you’re looking for a solid vacuum, wash, and interior clean- this is the place. The price is right and the service is awesome!!

So my car wash at Porters Neck closed.Last week I tried the new place that just opened. Gassed at the price and no service. BUT TODAY I FOUND MR. SUDZY!!! A+++++++++Great service, inside and out, tire black shine, windows clean! $20 was a steal compared to others I tried. My car and wallet thanked me!!!Two thumbs up for Mr. Sudzy!!!

10 Stars! You cant be in a hurry because they take their tine but the end result is that you will be treated to the best car wash ever both inside and out.

They did a terrible job. I had to go back and re-vacuum my car. Left the windows streaked. Guess you get what you pay for next time I’ll go down the street and get it done right. Bad customer service at the booth. The girl is a loud mouth and rude. Never again

First review last year.Update.... 9/20 I went to the car wash last week and the man that was cleaning the inside after the wash was sneezing all over the inside of my car! GROSS! I sprayed the whole car with disinfectant before I left the lot. Probably won’t go back, I tried to call numerous times for the past week and the mailbox is full??????

Detail cleaning top notch! They clean every nook and cranny.These guys are priced right. Have hard working good people that do a fantastic job. It is a well run operation. Highly recommend Im always happy to tip well because they earned every $!

They did a great job cleaning my car. Only reason for 4 stars is my car smells funny after they finished. Like, the towels they used to clean smelled or something but for some reason my car smells like a work truck. The signs are also a bit confusing as to what their services are and what they offer. But, as I said my car is clean.

The detailer is never there. Ive driven up multiple times throughout the day and still not there. Ive also made an early appointment and she wasnt there. I guess Ill have to take my business somewhere else. My wash was good when I went a couple of times but I cannot ever get a hold of a detailer. They open at 8 and tried coming at 10:45 after running errands and told the detailer went home for the day.

Out side cleaning was good, inside was okay, there were still some dirty spots in cup holders

Affordable, but the management was SO unfriendly and Im pretty sure something actually got stolen from my vehicle. My mistake, Ill have to learn from this experience to not be so trusting. The only reason Im giving it two stars was because the service was quick and one of the guys who helped me was really nice. The rest seemed like they didnt want to be there.

I have gone here a few times and mostly been really impressed. This last time though I was very disappointed and when they took off my temp plate and I asked where it was the guy was extremely rude. It may be time to find somewhere new.

I often come from Raleigh to visit my family, and whenever I do, I stop at Mr. Sudzy for the best wash around. I felt compelled to leave a review after my visit yesterday. When I got back to my house, I noticed a $10 bill sitting on my back seat. It was the very $10 bill that I lost FOREVER AGO, and one of the guys cleaning my car found it. Thank you for returning that to me! I would have never even noticed if someone had kept it, but they didn’t. It’s not that I ever doubted the integrity of any of the employees, but I wanted to just acknowledge whoever it was who cleaned my car. (Black Honda Accord). If I had seen the $10 before I left, I would have given it to you on top of what I already tipped. Thank you!

I agree with the post that states if I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car to this establishment for years after hearing about it from a friend. It was convenient. On my last visit, the day before going out of town to a VA appointment (Im a disabled Vet), the guy who cleaned my car removed my car cell phone charger and must have yanked it from the port. I was surprised when I saw it laying on the seat upon leaving Mister Sudzy because this had never happened. I just plugged it back in and drove to my out of town appointment using my phone GPS without a thought. My phone was almost dead so I decided it was time to charge and this is how I learned my expensive charger had been irreparably broken, I purchased a new charger only to find out both the ports in my 2 year old car were damaged as well. I can no longer charge my phone in my car, use a GPS or any other device as a result and I travel monthly. When I called to report what happened, I was told that I may not be truthful about the events so there was nothing they could do or if I told them who had cleaned my car they would be fired (I could never live with myself if someone were fired over what Im sure was a mistake) there was never an apology or offer to rectify the situation. I will never use this establishment again and would like to warn others to ensure they remove there chargers and close the ports so that this doesnt happen to them. My dead cell phone & broken car ports are a constant reminder of this situation. I hate that I have recommended this facility to so many others but now I will begin to warn against it!

Great car wash. I used it for 6 month. 05-19-14 one of the employees moved my seat forward and the electric seat wouldnt move backwards. I contacted management and the owner and didnt hear back for 4 days. When I did hear back the owner assumed zero responsibility for the issue. There were unwilling to help in anyway possible. He offered a free car wash, but that doesnt help offset the 200 dollar repair. Use with caution and know if something happens it is your fault, and its a great car wash. Good luck.

Paid almost $20 for a car wash. Ran through the machine - when complete I pointed out to the drying person that the car was still dirty. The guys in the back didnt do their job, he tells me. I complain to the money taker, she tells me, you have to pay more to get that dirt off. More than the $18 I already paid? She replies, thats what they told me to say, and she walks off.There are better car washes that really want to clean your car. These people only want your money in exchange for running your car through their machine - clean or no clean - its all the same to these guys. Look elsewhere.

BEWARE , I went to This place Monday for the first and last time ! I have a Lexus LS460 , I have weathertech liners over the factory (expensive) mats to protect them .Today I went(wed) to shake out the drivers liner and discovered they did not put my front factory mats back in .I immediately called and spoke to the manager Crystal . She didnt even bother to check to see if they were there , she just automatically said they didnt have them ! Nice little scheme going on there ! They basically stole my mats , but manager didnt care !! BEWARE !!!

Id really like to give a zero. After paying over 27 for a superworks wash there was alot wrong. So much that I went to the supervisor on duty. She did agree and my car was sent through again. The guys doing the work were not the guys who used to be there. This used to be a 5 star car wash. They are lazy, dont want to be there and do a bad job. I told her this wasnt working out. I asked for a refund. She said she wasnt the owner and I would need to speak to someone on a Monday. I wont be here then. Anyway too many choices here in town. I wasnt the only one upset. 2 other customers were as well. I got there at 330 pm. Probably the heat getting to the workers but honestly...not my problem

They know how to clean a car. Ive been going to Mr.Yunaska ,Mr Sudsy for years now. They rotate their towels with clean cloths, which is what I appreciate. Fast, friendly and detailed work.

Mister Sudzy not so Sudzy. The only way I can give them one star is they vacuum good. Over priced, streaky windows, film on finish. Sign in front says check the work done on your car yourself is that because there is no supervision I guess it is not their problem.

Rude girl that writes up service.... I took my new truck there every two weeks for $25 and more incliding tipping detailers/finishers.Had it washed yedterday... had an emergency run this morning on wet highways... covered In road grime. Was told by cashier that I needed my receipt from yesterday to get rewash. I asked what receipt...she said the paper taped to windshield with service written on it was it. I tossed it yesterday.... She told me policy... Have a good day!!!Retailer out front that usually does my truck recognized me and asked what was going on I told him... If it was up to him i would have got my wash. Now he will lose a nice $5 -$10 tipper.DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. They obviously dont care about customer relations or loyalty.

They did a big scrash to my new car, the owner was in vacation in Europe when that happened left an idiot in charge that said I probably scratched it myself. That happened 4wks ago and the owner still has not returned my phone calls. Will look for a legal action.

Quantity over quality! Very busy place however the customer pays the price. I paid $25 and the mats were so poorly vacuumed i pulled them out to shake them out. I did this before i got in the car and noone came over. The windows are streaky and i had to wipe down the dash and console. Extremely disappointing!

Mister SUCKY is more like it. Absolute ripoff. Walter Whites carwash is less shady, for crying out loud! If I could leave zero stars, I would.Might as well throw $25 in the toilet. If I wanted the dirt in my car smeared around and NOT cleaned, I could have let my dog roll around in the interior for free. I complained, and was told I shouldve paid for a detail if I wanted the interior clean??!!There are still straw wrappers in the door pocket, and the gear shift boot is grimy (and now slimy, thanks to them spraying cheap protectant on the dash).Go **** yourself, Mr. Sudzy. Go **** yourself.
