I ordered some C1100 Dell Server boards. and they work excellent. There was some confusion because I am a international order to Canada (with ebay international fulfillment) - so the initial shipping showed just my name and a Kentucky address?!! I wrote numerous emails and eventually received a clarification that the product goes there first. The keyboard for my Latitude E6530 was very well packed, bought it to upgrade from the Non-Backlit keyboard to a backlit keyboard. Having a newborn, I Realized while I can type beautifully in the dark without looking... 1 Handed, I struggle. I purchased a replacement mainboard for my Latitude D630 from the Ascendtech eBay store. Ive searched their web site over the past 14 years or so looking things over. I didnt need anything at that time but, now...I need a replacement board. They had it for a good price, their store was relatively close so I knew that Id get my item within a good time frame. The board came well packed and very clean. After I installed the board I was presented with the Dell splash screen and then a prompt about setting the Service Tag number. This took my 2 tries to get set as I wasnt reading the screen correctly. After 2nd reboot I went in the BIOS setting and verified the Service tag was in there correctly and it was. At this point I powered it off, changed the battery (it wouldnt hold a charge), installed the hard drive (W10 Home x64) and booted it up. After a few minutes I had a working D630 again, woohoo. Ill keep checking them out for my odss and ends needs.

My girl has one of those little machines that she uses on her face that magically does... I have no idea, shes beautiful and I love her, and she plugged the adapter of it into her Asus laptop and killed the ability for the mobo to charge the battery, also bricked the face machine adapter. Found two options for a replacement mobo, one on ebay from a seller in Chicago and the other from Ascendtech. Initially we went with the seller in Chicago because it was only about 40 minutes away from us and we were hoping to pick it up in person if possible, but the seller never responded to our pick up request, shipped it, and it arrived with a damaged screen port where you plug in the touch screen. So we sent that one back and ordered the one from Ascendtech with upgraded guaranteed 2 day shipping. Ascendtech shipped immediately through fedex but it arrived a day late, fedexs fault. The motherboard is working great but I did expect that due to Ascendtechs reputation. I did call them to report the late delivery and theyre crediting the shipping fee. The person I spoke with was very friendly and courteous, emailed me soon after saying they had spoken to fedex and the mobo was on a truck for delivery. Also stating the team would credit the shipping cost the next day as they had already went home for the day, I had called minutes before they closed but they did still pick up the phone which was nice. Even went as far as noting my account to use UPS in the future if possible. I have to wholeheartedly recommend Ascendtech and will continue to look for parts from them for my family, friends, and clients. Thank You to everyone at Ascendtech!!!
