Jeep headlight bulb and windshield wipers were replaced even though tech had difficulty with replacing bulb. Not techs fault but due to reaching it.I was kept informed of progress during appointment.

Called in to see if they would do an oil change for my car and I was told that I had to have an appointment which I was fine with. What I was not fine with was I came in for my appointment time and it still took them 2 hours to do an oil change what about that is quick. I will never be bringing my car here again and unless you like waiting around for something that shouldn’t take this long I suggest you don’t bring your car here.

Called Friday to get a quote on 4 tires. When I called back a few minutes later the service desk was closed for the day, would have to call back Monday. Monday morning I had to repeat specs several times to tech like he didnt have a piece of scratch paper. I had the size, load range, brand and model and still had trouble. Friday quote was $137, Monday was $155. Without a written quote they would not honor the earlier quote. Honor is the operative word.

Fast service and very very good people working in there

I thought the concept of quick lane was supposed to be show up get your oil changed not call ahead and make an appointment. I never will come back to this place again.

No appointment needed??? The first question asked was do you have an appointment? That was after a 10 minute wait. They asked if I wanted to set an appointment, told them to forget it Id take it Valvoline quick change.
