The Edge has made it possible to go to the gym safely during COVID-19. Not only possible, but enjoyable. Their safety protocols are beyond reproach, and the staff has remained friendly and positive through this crisis. Hats off to you guys!

Staff over the phone were quite unpleasant and difficult to deal with when membership services was closed. Emma was not particularly helpful during my call in solving my issues. Im not sure if she made me feel welcome at this location. She neither provided me with answers to my questions about membership, nor directed me to someone who could answer them.

Im a lap swimmer and belong to the Edge in Williston. This is one of the better lap pools that Ive swam in over many years. It is always very clean, the aquatic staff are excellent, there are HUGE two-story windows that make up most of one wall, and the pool is kept at the perfect temp for a workout. The on-line reservation system works well and you can get a dedicated lane almost any day. Locker room, hot-tub, showers, sauna -- all pretty darn good. I go during the afternoon most days and it is full of swimmers, water-walkers, and people trying to stay fit who are happy and friendly. The warmest place to be during Vermont winters! Note that the swim-team takes over the pool most days from 4 to 8 PM and the pool is yards, not meters. Dive in !!

Took my daughter there for a face painting event. We spent a few hours there because there was so much to do. Its worth stopping by if youre in the area with little ones looking for something to do on the weekend.

Having paid for swim lessons for my 3yr old one would anticipate that the pool would be blocked off for public use during that time. Not so much in Williston. During the lesson there were several other children jumping in and around the pool splashing the instructors and kids in the lesson making it a challenge, especially for young children who get distracted easily, to learn. Additionally there was 1 instructor throughout that was fantastic, however the 2nd instructor swapped out a few times between classes and it was clear that they werent very experienced. Not worth the time or money.

I benefited greatly going to for physical therapy because of the hydrotherapy, and then signed on to the regular gym to keep using the Aqua therapy pool, hot spa, sauna, and the many treadmills and elliptical. Some what expensive, however a 6 month commitment gives you 3 extra months. The place overall could be a little cleaner, people who are chlorine sensitive really need to shower long and well to get chlorine from pools off. I also note the general lack of a trainer or staff member in the workout room when I have been there.

Wayyyy too expensive. Would love to be able to join but no one can pay $65 dollars a month for a full year in advance. No wonder most of their members are over 45...

I signed up last month and I was told that pool hours are until club close hours. 8pm is what shows up as pool closing hours on their flyers. I went there with my kids at 525 pm on a Sunday night. Signed in at the reception and no one reminded me that pool is about to close. It took 5 mins for my kids to change and when we were about to get in the pool a guy came over and said pool is closing. I was surprised and I showed him the flyer. Then he said- oh we close 30 mins before pool closing hours. That really confused and annoyed me as I had helped my kids change already. Why couldnt they remind me at the reception at the first place? Why do they have to close 30 mins before club closing hours? Why does the flyer say the pool is open until 8 PM. Is it that difficult to prepare a clear communication method for your members?

There are no real competitors in the area, pretty expensive for that they offer. Unnecessary rules such as pool line reservations ( never available, but never occupied) or adult swim in Kiddie pool ( its when you have to go to the cold lap pool with 18m baby because its 3h Adult Swim in a kiddie pool in the middle of the day and no kids are allowed, adults only ;/

I signed up on Meetup app for Adult soccer at 7am for Saturday in Williston. I drove 40 min. to play. When I arrived, the director was checking people in and immediately looked at me and said your not on the roster? I hadnt givin him my name yet. He starts explaining to a few of us that we needed to sign up with the edge and prepay? The meetup app said to pay upon arrival. I tried to show him how I signed up a week ago and he ignored me. He explained that he uses the meetup app to fill empty spots when his regular roster doesnt show and we all were welcome to wait to see if anyone doesnt show up.As you could imagine, I was very upset. I feel The director of the Edge should make sure this is more clear on meetup so not to waste customers time.
