Priority Express is a wonderful way to get things from one place to another in the area. With scheduled routes and on demand service, I have always appreciated what they can do for me and my business.

I called this company because their driver (driving van #7618) literally drove my family off the highway today and there was no appology no care if we were hurt, nothing. It was perfectly normal to the man on the other end of the line. I dont find anything normal about having to drive off the highway into median to avoid a large van at 65 miles an hour. Then the vehicle proceeded to swerve off 2x infront of me in less than 2 miles. I beeped and he proved to pull along side of me and ask me what my problem was...I think its scary this man is driving let alone driving for work!!!!

We have had nothing but horrible experiences with this service. The couriers are nice but the overall service is terrible. They are always short staff and never really on time. They lost our samples multiples times while transferring them. When we call to their front desk, they would give false ETA when they werent even sure of ETA for the courier. One time, we got a call from them saying you have to send your staff out to pick up samples yourselves because our couriers car wont start. We then asked them if they have back up since they are courier service and they straight up said no and hung up the phone. The management is very unpleasant to deal with and very unorganized. Routes are changed last minutes with no notification to us or even with their own drivers. Their drivers are always so frustrated with how unorganized their routes are and with the lack of communication from their manager. They even changed their rates on us without giving us a notification before hand, we did not find out until we saw our bill.

Very poor customer service. Management/ Customer Service is often rude and generally unhelpful. If you call customer service asking for an ETA on a late driver, they give you a vague answer if any at all. Drivers are routinely late and come in stating that their manager has them running around, sometimes scheduled to be in 2 places at once. If you dont care when your items will be picked up/arrive and if you dont mind being spoken to like youre wasting the customer services time, then Priority Express is the courier service for you.PS. Their drivers are very nice and pleasant to interact with.

Unfortunately, theyre the exclusive shipper for Wayfair in our area. The issue is that they robodial to schedule delivery which means they do not have the ability to leave a voicemail to let you know theyre trying to reach you. On multiple occasions, several weeks have gone by without me knowing my merchandise is sitting in their warehouse waiting for me. Ive explained they need to get with the times and text or email to schedule delivery, but they seem less than understanding and apologetic.

We had a wonderful experience. Outstanding friendly experience.

If I could give zero star I would. Never on time picking up our items and no update ever when they are late. Bad customer service.

I was in parking waiting and a worker obscenely grabbed his junk spit at me and pointed directly at me. Then caused me an hour delay by telling his coworkers I acknowledged that I saw him do it. Avoid this place. They target people like gangsters.

These maniacs almost killed my co worker. A mail driver tried to speed inbetween two cars on a one lane road and hit our door. Never stopped or slowed down. Not to mention a mile up the road was a different Priority driver pulled over by a state trooper.

Great place to work. Would recommend them for PT work to anyone.
