Barb the tax lady treats myself, wife and kids like family, been going here for almost 10 years and could never have anything bad to say, youre taxes will be approved within a day or two, they take care of you and will make sure you get your money fast, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I paid them hundreds to file my ez single taxes. They took my 4700 tax refund and put it into someone else’s account!!! Then Barb the owner was totally uncaring. Did not try to correct error. I contacted Irs and they couldn’t issue an already paid tax return. Barb is a criminal in my book. She wouldn’t even do my taxes for free to correct her mistake and pay off debt and still owes me the money to this day!!!!! Don’t ever trust this woman with your money!!!

The lady Barb that works there is the most caring and understanding person that you could ever meet.for 14 years they have done my taxes for me and I have been a satisfying customer that will continue to come back, and refer all my family and friends.

I called them to see if they can help me with taxes. The lady on the phone was laughing. They dont take you as a customer seriously. Totally unprofessional! I cant imagine doing business with them.

Rip off! They over charged and did my taxes wrong! I had to pay thousands for their mistake, in IRS penalty and interest fees. Would not recommend to anyone.

Overcharged and made us pay for state taxes when I stated numerous times I can get that done free. Also made mistakes, wouldnt help, and was incredibly rude. Will never go back and dont recommend to anyone!!! Was also audited due to their mistakes which we are still in process of dealing with, with no help from their service. Very upset!!!

My girlfriend has been going here for years and decided to have a family member do her taxes this year. She called to get information from her 2017 taxes and was given a fake number and her federal was rejected. We went down to get a copy of the taxes, which she charged us for blatantly lying to us. Do not go here to get your taxes done.
