Call to get service was told that I would receive a call within 10 minutes from a technicianGot a text message Soon as I got off the phone with them I receive a text message saying that they could not service my area But your location states that you are 15 minutes away from me

Got two keys made and neither fit the lock. I have to head out a second time to get keys made now. Ugh.
